People have been b*tching abou sh*tty remakes and reboots of series that don't need them for years. What makes people think this one instance is about sexism and not yet another crappy remake?

the movie doesnt at all look interesting, the main villian is the ghost from the damn logo; it doesnt look funny and non of the characters have the charisma of the first original team.
but
if i say things like this against the grain then im labeled sexist. if i decide i dont want to spend my money on something it's a slap in the face of progression. i've never seen a movie use guilt as a mans to market a movie

Problems with the Ghostbusters trailers:
-unnecessary remake among many
-even Ghostbusters 2 was pretty bad despite having the original cast
-CGI looks cheap
-characters, especially the black girl, are lame stereotypes
-no funny gags in the trailer
-leaked E-Mails by the producers saying he doesn't care about the original ghostbusters

I actually think the Kimmel interview was them getting an early shot at the critics to basically warn them if you pan the movie you'll be labeled a sexist.

To be totally honest I don't think there's any cast that could do a GB remake that I would want to see. There's just some classics that should be left as is.

It rustled the **** out of me watching the NBA playoffs/finals and instead of showing the actually chit preview they try to pull one over and have commercials with Kobe and other players in what feels like a way to trick people into going to watch it
