Although hair is taken from the back, you're most likely not going to have enough follicles to cover your enter horseshow pattern. Hence why fin is important even after HT. Because you dont want the hairs that ARE affected by DHT to fall out.Family doctor will be easier because it's quicker. Ask for proscar (fin but in 5mg) and cut it into quarters using a pill cutter. That's 1.25mg daily.

Hair is such a factor in one's physical age, in my AVI and awhile ago I shaved my head because working out+long Summers having long hair would annoy me, but I dropped easily 2-3 points on the aesthetics scale. I still have thankfully solid hair, sure it's a little thinner at the front then when I was like 12 but a solid hairline is still there. If this is the worst it gets then I consider myself very lucky. But I hope you all realize eventually we will be fused with technology and hair, height is all going to be meaningless, it will be pure intellectual power; however that doesn't help people in a bad situation now.

I think "who cares if I go bald, it's just sluts and people you don't care about it" and that's partly true but it's always going to have small negative effect, but some people get destroyed. One of my friends at a very early age--I think it was acne medication tbh--started going bald. His mother and father have lion's manes for hair, and he started wearing hats to clubs. A club bouncer said one time: "Sorry you have to take your hat off" so he said "let's go somewhere else". This was a fully confident guy, but he did finally decided to shave it off. It's not just sluts, one time he got into a verbal altercation with someone and threw out the "bald ****" missile. You could tell it hurt him, but that's how society is, they'll be cruel with someone's height, age, hair and then one day when they suffer from something similar they will be "humble", a little too late to change attitudes though.

If you are going proper bald and it's have a negative affect on you, all you can do outside of hair implants--which need constant maintenance+$$$--is just improve every other aspect of your life, work on what you can change. Get fitter, get a promotion, learn more, everything you SHOULD be doing anyway, but at least you will have plenty of reasons to be confident. Those people with hair, be grateful and don't contribute to the culture that makes bald people out to be some malformed evil character in a movie.
