A small amount of facial scarring can increase ruggedness. Not too much though.

Srs. Don't buy **** clothes that only last a year. Buy quality clothes and boots that you can wear for YEARS. I know I have a more rugged look. Grew up in midwest, rural/suburban, and spend a lot of time working outside and doing projects at my uncles in Hobart.

Typical is jeans/boots and a flannel with an undershirt. Usually flannel is unbuttoned unless colder. Sucks since hipsters stole that style and made it flamboyant. If you look manly though, it is not out of place. Othwerise just jeans/chino and a tshirt with boots or gym shoes. I also wear my grandpas old dog tag necklace with a cross on it. I always wear henlys or short sleeve henlys

You need to be pretty to be ruggedly handsome, but the rugged look is mainly just stubble and longer hair.

im known for my rugged alpha looks minus having facial hair.. its mostly genetics and bone structure. having dark facial hair and features helps tremendously though
