GJDM brah, do you ever try to instinctively do things with your amputee arm? Or are 100% used to it now.

Wow op that's incredible, srs. I don't know if I would have the strength to do what you did. Sounds like you had an awesome family that really made the difference. I've got a couple of questions though.
How much did that cost after everything was done? The icy stay, life support, amputation, are you pretty much going to be paying that the rest of your life?
Did you talk to any or the first responders after you recovered? I don't know what they were thinking but they had to have thought theirs no way you were going to live. Looking at that picture and not knowing the story, I would have bet anything you were dead or were gonna die.
Op it's pretty remarkable what you've been through. Reps m8

You're on the right side for dumbbell exercises, I think that if you anchor through your core then you will actually be able to do most traditional dumbbell exercises at a low weight and gradually increase as your core strength improves. It's like paralympic athletes who have been living like this all their lives yet still manage to throw up large weights-- insane core strength allows them to maintain that body line even though only one side is active.

Dang OP you're a trooper. If you ever need some extra motivation, I know there is a guy I follow on instagram that competes in powerlifting competitions with 1 arm. Benches over 135 one arm or something. Pretty crazy.
Keep your head up and keep killin life. Definitely good to hear you got your thoughts under control and are living life to the fullest. Definitely someone for people to look up to.
