I have to agree.
I dunno if miscers say these things to make their own situation better...but the amount of women "up there in age" that I see dating, getting married or "having fun" is just not the reality they hope for.

This is why I'm gonna be able to retire in 10-15 years. My advice to all miscers....Buy rental property(duplex, quad etc...) rent only to single mothers. In my experience some idiot who knocked them up is sending them support every month on top of the money they make despite the "wage gap". I never wanted pets in any of my properties but the majority of these ladies has at least one cat so just offset it with a sizable pet deposit. Also, as more and more men wake up to what a scam marriage is, I would closely monitor the stock of cat food/boxed wine and invest now.

Eh, women can get younger men too.

A grown up sorority house sounds kind of fun...except for the cats...and the tendency for females menstrual cycles to all sync up- talk about hell week. OTOH we can all sit around drinking wine and eating chocolate together while watching some cheesy chick-centric entertainment.

One thing you notice with men they will date women in the same age group until they get to over 30 then they start dating younger women, a 40 year old man would prefer to date a 30 year old woman he wouldn't want a 40 year old woman.

Tbh it's hard to have any sympathy. Women have almost full control of the dating scene in their teens, early and mid 20's but over inflate their value. Since the whole sexual liberation, women haven't been able to wrap their minds around the fact that just because a dude is willing to **** you, it doesn't mean they're willing to stick around. Test driving a car isn't the same as buying it. By the time they realise this, they're already on the decline.

A lot of women think that because a guy bangs them, they can have them, which is simply not true. A lot of 6/10's (I mean in both look and overall personality) bang guys who are 8/10+ and think they can husband a dude of similar quality when this simply isn't the case. They hold out for this guy even though they've had guys on par and even slightly above them, until they actually start to decline. In a lot of cases, they decline even faster because they get so much validation that they actually stop putting effort into their appearance. From there, it's a downward spiral.

It's already apparent in the older generations, I can't imagine how rampant this will be with the Gen Y females after they realise those instagram likes and filters don't mean a damn thing

Nurse brah and this is basically what I see from coworkers who are single and late 20s. They're all chasing guys now. It's funny when you see the early 20 nurses talking about guys being thirsty for them and chasing them.

I for one think that vast majority of women 30+ might as well lock themselves inside and let go/deteriorate as they're practically worthless. The one outlier is my best friend @MissHolly. She is at 50 now. (51 soon come). A true minority. A slayer. A leather skinned mystery.
