Someone wanting to assassinate Trump isn't all that surprising, it's been a hate filled campaign but I'm surprised it was a Brit trying to off Trump.

You have the question the mental state and capacity of the perpetrator. Why try grabbing a gun when he is in a country where they are so easily obtained, if he had a whole year to come up with a plan why was his plan seemingly one of opportunity not carefully planned precision?

He was lucky he wasn't able to grab a gun, had he, he would clearly be dead now.
