There was a miscer that shot and killed an intruder that broke into his house. He was on the news and made a thread about it.

i happen to have a closet full of AK-47s. i know from a very reliable source that Obama was planning on using the army to come and take my guns away so that he could become a Kenyan Socialist Fascist dictator...

but as soon as he heard that I had a couple thousand rounds of ammo he decided it wasn't a good idea .

so no. i haven't ever stopped a crime, defended my family with it, shot an innocent person who i have mistaken for an intruder (still counts right?), but i did stop a hostile government takeover that would utilize special forces and advanced weaponry (tanks, fighter jets, etc.) with the couple of rifles I have laying around
