Kind of depends. For the rich everything I have in the USA can be had over there too, plus alot more (ie Drivers, maids, servants are popular for the "normal" rich, while you only see that with the top 1% in the USA). And my healthcare insurance is US-based...although Id have major procedures done in the US of course.

But yeah for a commoner's place...even warm water was rare. Also random ass electricity outages.

i live in spain and know so many mexicans and colombians who couldnt even imagine walking home after party without getting into trouble. the sotries of how police and the common service just dont work or work against you amaze me, and im not trying to put out an anecdotal evidence. im not talking about poverty people neither. ofcourse if your very rich you are fine.

When you're down there you feel like a rock star. BRB pop 5 bottles with a 300 dollar tab. Also rich people treat service people like chit in mexico. Hey OP, I'm going to Playa in Janauary for 2 weeks for BPM Festival (I'm sure you've heard of it, its a house music festival with all of the great underground DJs). Any advice? How are the women? I've heard the Mexicans over there are mostly light skinned and blonde and super down to Earth.
