It all boils down to confidence. If you can have confidence as a fatty, cool! But most people aren't, so being in good physical condition helps give guys the confidence they need to approach HBB's. I know i pull much better women now than i did when i was a chubby shy guy. You don't have to be a bodybuilder to get chicks. It seems like most women prefer the "nick lachey" body over a ripped bodybuilder.

Yeah as long as you have relatively low bf with decent muscle then you have a "good" physique. There's no need to be 200lbs at 8% bf otherwise you'd be seeing A LOT less guys with gf's or fwb

Why do I always see 10/10 girls with 10/10 guys then? Most of you are delusional who claim that "aesthetics don't matter." Ever wonder why upper-middle class affluent communities tend to have better looking children? It's because the gene pool that has great physical genetics also has great mental genetics. You don't see a lot of aesthetic poor people walking around, do you?

A lot of you who DYEL have zero frame of reference in terms of the attention you get being shredded vs being a slob. SWOT it if you have to (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). You **** better, you look better, you produce more endorphins/dopamine, you achieve more, your self-discipline transcends to other areas of your life, your skin is better, your face looks better, etc etc. You're basically saying that it doesn't matter if you're a better version of yourself or not. That in and of itself is a logical fallacy. Which is probably why you're making misc threads about it.

To the OP, I've spent an extended time on lukism and SH and honestly, as ****ed up as I am, I'd rather have the nice physique than not.

Yes, I think that virtually all women are attracted to the lean/skinny 6'4" model type. There's no disputing that.

I also think that the average woman's standards are through the roof these days. There are days where I feel like I'm not worth even looking at them.

Still, you can do the best you can for yourself. You can get procedures to fix your face, even if you don't have good bones, and lifting does not hurt at all.

Kunfidunce and money are overrated as **** though. Confidence while being ugly just comes off as try hard. Can confirm, am ugly brah.

Don't even get me started on being beta bux. If you're attractive though, like anything else, it helps (but only if you are attractive).

I work in a nightclub as a floor manager. I am around dumb drunk bitches every god damn weekend which would have probably been awesome a few years ago when I looked the same except without a crazy Filipina wife and a kid on the way.

I can say one thing for certain, bitches love muscle. When they're sober they pretend otherwise, but get some alcohol in them and women are as shallow as we are. They will hit on you and tell you they want to **** you like right this minute. They will grope you and try all sorts of **** and all you need to be is reasonable looking with some muscle. At least this has pretty much always been my experience for the last five, six years.

If you want to actually have one of these chicks stay with you for a long term type of thing, then what you look like slowly, or quickly in some cases, starts to mean absolute jack ****. The only thing that matters is your status and how much money you have to your name, and how much you can keep bringing in. Everything else is a bonus.

So for me, basically, get jacked if you want to get laid a lot and get a stable income, a house, car and all that other meaningless materialistic **** women love if you want to keep her around and shut her up.

A good physique will help you get more girls, fact.
Not because of the physique alone, but because it'll increase your confidence in everyday life, and getting a ripped physique will also increase your facial aesthetics. Along with a myriad of other benefits, it's a no brainer.

Physique matters. The effect is threefold.

1. A solid, defined physique (not big and blurry/padded or skinny-ripped) is rare outside of the gym and attracts attention. If you carry yourself like a man it will command attention.

2. Women looking for smashes are looking for something hot. Long-term commitments will greatly diminish the value of your physique with regards to whether or not a woman wants you around (unless, of course, said physique is your money maker).

3. The competition takes notice. A legit physique puts other guys on notice and you get more respect, period. Other women will notice the respect you receive from the competition (this isn't conscious respect, it is unconscious and is conveyed through body-language, eye contact, tone of voice etc etc). Commanding respect from the men around you without uttering a word will not go unnoticed by women. When you are jacked yet treat everyone around with with courtesy and sincere respect other men will not **** with you and if they aren't self-confident or have a high self esteem they will naturally assume a deferential role in your presence.

You don't need to convince a woman you are the best pick when you expose the competition's bravado.

It's no different than a well dressed man standing in a sea of unkempt slobs. His presence will bring out their shame and disappointment in themselves and he doesn't even have to compete with a crowd like that.

EDIT: Want to add that when people see something that is loved and cared for they will more likely assume a similar attitude toward that thing. It's like going into a friend's house and finding that is is disorganized, filthy and smells bad. You're more likely to leave garbage behind and treat it the same way your friend does, if you're even willing to stay there. Contrarily, if the home is immaculate, pristine and operates like a flawless system, you notice and either A. Treat it with the same respect and feel more comfortable and relaxed because you recognize you are in the midst of a peer, or B. Feel a bit of shame and disappointment about the unkempt condition of your own home but still give it the respect that is deserves.

Your body is your home, brahs, and if your **** ain't maintained expect people to litter on your lawn. It's the "broken window" effect.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

THE MISC will always choose to believe that the physique matters and it will attract girls, they are biased, this is bodybuilding website, they force themselves to believe that all their hard work towards aesthetics, will pay off and somehow turn them into sexy beats, when in most cases it wont, it may get you glances here and there, but if you don't have the face, game, personality, and finances to complete the package, you aint getting ****. In fact, unless you roid and get a real aesthetic physique like zyzz, WHICH MOST OF YOU WILL NEVER ACCOMPLISH, you won't be getting much glances anyway, buffed ripped guys are everywhere nowadays, everyone and their mother are hitting the weights

this is the very same reason they downplay the importance of height and face, and money not so much, because with money, even though most miscers are middle and low class earners, you can always make more, or pretend that you do, by getting in debt for a flashy car, buying expensive clothes, wearing fake designers stuff, etc

but you cannot pretend or fake or earn more height and face, whatever nature gave you, that is all you have, not even surgery can change these things much, this is why the misc will always choose to believe the physique, they are all deluded
