I'd just recommend getting the BHA/AHA and moisturizer for now.

Retin A at night since it makes skin most sensitive.

From my face to my back, chest, arms. It's now been spreading to my abs, lower back, and thighs.I mousterize with Amlactin at night and cocoa butter at day. I also finish my showers with cold water.
I edited my previous post with my routine but I'll post it here too.
For my face I use st Ives apricot scrub and sea breeze toner and finish with cerave am/pm correspondingly.
For my body I use neutrogena facial soap and the above mentioned lotion.
Still have KP
Edit, I'll look into those mousterizers for my face but i wouldn't use it for my body becausen I'd run out way too quick. What do u recommend for my body

Routine:
- Cleanse skin with Rx Options Prescription cleanser
- 2 shakes Paula's Choice BHA, 2 spritz Paula's Choice AHA Daily
- Clinique Moisture surge after chemical exfoliation
- 20 % Mandelic peel every two weeks
- 40% Mandelic peel every month
- Epidiou gel incase of emergency cyst
- 20% BHA liquid incase of emergency pimple/zit
- Thayers Toner after intensive sweaty sports
- Derma roll every month
- Vitamin C every month after derma roll
- BB cream use whenever I want to go full aesthetic mode when going out
Ignore flamboyant pic lol, its old and I can't bother taking new ones.

Am I supposed to use literal coconut oil or some coconut oil lotion?
Also, I'll use that paulas stuff for my face but for my body is need too much of it and I'd be spending a lot of cash. Any alternative?

Okay Opie so did some more reading. I don't know if you read my post on page 5 but like I said I have never used any product other than sunscreen/moisturizer.
Definitely going to purchase the AHA and BHA links you posted because I know I have to exfoliate 100%.
So daily morning routine:
-Wash face with cold water.
-Towel dry
-Apply both BHA and AHA mixed together. (wait 20-30 minutes)
-Moisturize (what brand would you recommend?)
-Sunscreen (right before going outside).
Is this good enough? Or do you recommend I buy a cleanser and toner as well and use them also?

Clinique moisturizer is good for me as its a gel and non oily. La Roche Posay is a good sunscreen as well.

Yes don't derma roll on active acne and I'd only change the routine by using both the BHA/AHA together, they are formulated to have the same ph level so why wait to do it at night when you can do it both at the same time?

You will see results in a month I'd say. It might cause a bit of purging in the beginning which is like zits but then it goes away

i would say chemical peels are the most fukin amazing skin related thing I ever used srs. they make me look amazing after every use.
Benefits
--Rapidly exfoliates dead skin cells and surface debris from the skin.
--Mandelic acid has antimicrobial/antibacterial properties, making it an excellent choice for all types of acne, including cystic acne.
--Loosens blackheads for easy extraction.
--Cleans and refines pores.
--Refines the tone and texture of the skin, brightens.
--Mandelic acid is excellent for clients with darker skin tones. It does not cause the unwanted, lighter skin tone changes that you might experience with other AHA's.
--Mandelic acid inhibits the growth of melanin, the cause of brown patches, freckles, uneven skin tone and other sun-related skin care issues.
--Mandelic acid, with continued use, can help repair sun damaged skin.
--Mandelic acid reduces lines and wrinkles without the irritation of other AHA's.
--Mandelic is typically an excellent exfoliator for clients suffering from Rosacea.

good one, get sample size and rub one layer for 7 mins and then wash with cleanser. this is a beginner peel but still wait few months before getting it.

OP you have not provided us with a single picture to back up your claims of amazing skin.
Your skin looks great, but with that many products we are expecting to see ultra-glow.
All your pictures are either low resolution, or have a really bright flash (why would you even post that to demonstrate you skin quality?).
Take a high resolution picture in normal light, otherwise your claims to GOAT skin are just not supported.
Additionally, you say I don't take much pics cause ugly.
Youre not ugly, and if you think you are, well theres your answer to why youre soo obsessed with skincare- you have self-image issues.

Should I do anything in the evenings? And what about active acne? Should I use Benzoyl peroxide 10% or just let them go away naturally?

Also Opie, what are your thoughts on jojoba oil?
I break out on my back and shoulders as well so I'm thinking of using an actual St.Ives scrub on my body once a week to exfoliate obviously I can't just do the same routine on my face and on my torso, what do you think?
What should I use to moisturize my whole body with? Thinking jojoba oil vs coconut oil.

I'm 32 and have had bad acne my whole life.(face/back/shoulders.) Otherwise have relatively youthful skin with a nice glow.
Recently started a routine:
15 spf sunscreen/moisturizer mornings/mid day since I'm in the sun many hours
Retinal-a at night like 4 or 5x a week
ACV like 10x a week total mornings/night
Dead sea clay maybe 2x a month
Been doing this for maybe 3 months now and may be close to having clear skin. There's light scarring that could be fixed after getting clear skin. What would recommend?

Vit C once a month is useless. And that brand OP posted is not the best quality, as lurkolantern alluded to in his post. I used a few of the various top rated amazon brands. some are good, most arent. Real Vit C with ascorbic acid goes bad after a few months and most need to be refrigerated and the maker should make note of that on the label. No hate on OP, great thread, but these are the two most useful "actives" in skincare and should be used and used properly
skinceuticals (OG $120 vit c serum) has a patent on their combination and PH level. so if you get something cheaper, you want it to as closely mimic their formulation as possible (slightly diff PH to get around patent). a few amazon brands do that.

I'm currently using 0.5% retinol from skinceuticals. I'll eventually move up to Retin A once I think I can handle it. The retinol is still making me flaky after about 4 weeks of using it 2x a week. I moisturize 1 hour after applying it.
I also bought a Vitamin C serum derived from sodium ascorbyl phosphate by serumtologie. I tried ascorbic acid and it completely burns my skin. I'm using the serum daily under moisturizer.
Do you have any recommendations for sunscreens? The few I tried leave this awful white cast on my face. I bought some sunscreen "sticks" and I'm hoping they go on clear.

-Apply both BHA and AHA (Paula's Choice) mixed together (wait 20-30 minutes)
-Moisturize (Garnier Gel Cream)
-Sunscreen (La Roche Posay - right before going out)
Should I do anything in the evenings? And what about active acne? Should I use Benzoyl peroxide 10% or just let them go away naturally?

I break out on my back and shoulders as well so I'm thinking of using an actual St.Ives scrub on my body once a week to exfoliate obviously I can't just do the same routine on my face and on my torso, what do you think?
What should I use to moisturize my whole body with? Thinking jojoba oil vs coconut oil.

What are your thoughts on dynamic wrinkles, caused by smiling, etc.? Do you think dumping creams on your face stops these?
Also, at what point are you going to start using things like botox?
