That's sick man! Bloody strong... Nah haven't heard of him - wicked numbers though. 5 plate squat would be epic

You're gonna have good days and bad days bro. Just be consistent.

The secret is CONSISTENCY. Don't look for the magic formula or secret. Focus on consistency..

So through out the time I've lifted,

I have done the whole 'bro split' 2007-2011

Then around 2011 - 2013 did PHAT

then 2014 - recent DUP style training.

My favourite is probably PHAT and DUP to be honest. Keeps things switching

How come you went from super lean to your current bf % judging by your avi. Did you just want to bulk and see how strong you could get? Plan on getting that lean again or nah?

Thanks homie! - DEFINITELY will get that lean again in the next year or 2. I just wanted a body fat that was maintainable for ME while eating out here and there or if there were drinks at some place etc - wanted to live a little. I am a bit extreme. When I diet down to get lean, I count every single food to the gram. Haven't been lean since 2013 so might try again in bodybuilding in 2017 or 2018.

Lol I can't convince you or anyone else that I am natty and you're welcome to have your suspicions. I was very happy to rep 3 plates despite my butt coming off the bench. I think I can do it with better form now but rather stick to the plan. Besides, have you done a PLing meet? Those guys are strict on form. I just got over 2x bw in competition and it was like 15lbs more. Was a grinder. Touch and go is easy.

Yeah I competed once after this. won 1st overall. Not sure if I'm gonna step on stage again, lost a lot of my passion for it. Natty limits got to me you know? (why train so hard for so little)

Well to be honest man I wasn't training for strength at all.. Just for the 'pump' so..

I was squatting 220lbs for 10, 235 maybe for 10 on a real good day
I was incline bench pressing for 8 reps or so with 200lbs (never doing that again, for me the flat bench seems to give me the biggest pump / gains - despite people's hate on it)
I was deadlifting (when I felt like it) 315 for a set of 5 touch and go

I weighed around the same weight then dropped to the DP weight and I think only my bench lost like 10-15 lbs?

I will let you know when I diet down again to have a better measure. I think if you do it slowly (I always diet down slowly) you shouldn't have too much issues. I think if you lose pounds upon pounds of str when dieting, you're doing something wrong.

Lol I was. Felt it on the day, it was touch and go. Got videos of double body weight for 2 reps with a pause so it's all good lol.
