Progress report:

-talking a little bit more with coworkers and acquintances, sometimes make a joke or laugh about something which is unusual for me.
-good progress in the gym, at work and in my driving lessons. Should get a licence in a couple more weeks which should help to slay.
-Lately there have been less negative thoughts in my head.

On the bad side

-Havent done a single approach or tried much even tho I had free time to spare.

Next 2 days are looking to be awesome with plenty of opportunities for approaching HBBs, tanning at the beach and spending good quality time with my family so I'm in a good mood and feeling full of energy regardless.

Here's a pic of me today. Threw on a jacket for the lols (Im aware it looks wonky af)

Definitely above average appearance wise.

Hit shoulders and back hard to develop a good v-taper and you could have a very good physique

Go on a 1 month vacation to Thailand or similar country. Have sex with a dozen women (make sure they aren't Lady boy's) come back to your country, full of confidence and hopefully a tan+longer hair. Go out and talk to woman just like as you would in Thailand or similar country. Profit?

Progress report:

-0 approaches still
-Made conversation with an acquintance, actually was the one leading the conversation, cracked some jokes, etc etc which is absolutely insane to me. I usually just say hi then leave as quickly as possible.
-Interacting with clients more freely. Some sloot said how weird it is that I'm writing with my left hand and how can I do it, told her I can also write with my foot. Stupid af, I know, but it's not something that would have ever come out of my mouth 2 months ago. It seems I am changing, although very slowly.

Today I failed to approach girls again which made me feel chitty. Every time I fail I feel like there's been a hole thorn in my heart. It's all there in front of me, literally in front of my face and it's waiting for me to reach out. But I can't do it. They're always watching me, preparing themselves. They know what I'm trying to do as we lock our eyes but it always ends before anything begins. It's very painful to me and I know they were hoping that someone who's not scared would finally show up too.

Anyways, this doesn't seem to be working so I'll change my strategy. I'll start by asking bullchit polite questions like "what time is it?" and "where is X located?" then slowly build up from there. My town is too small so I'll quickly become known as the crazy guy who always aks what time it is if I do it here therefore I've made plans to switch jobs and move to the capital city in the near future. In the meantime I'll travel by bus to nearby cities on my days off and see what I can do there to lessen the autism.

OP there is you right now, and then there is the you that you want to be. Imagine a lightswitch, you hit it, and you become the you that you want to be. Outgoing, funnier, able to banter and converse with others easily. I used to do this, now it's become natural and if anything I am on the more outgoing side of the spectrum now. It really is fake it til you make it. Also, a big thing probably holding you back is that voice in the back of your mind, "what if you fukk up and look weird OP" well who the fukk cares if you do? It is a minuscule blip on the radar that is your life, and if you treat it as such, and just laugh off your mistake, you and everyone else won't remember. Everyone fuks up.

Just put yourself in high energy situations with lots of people, hit the mental switch, and remember that nothing (especially tiny awkward stumbles) really matters in life, so you should be having a good time RIGHT now. Feed off the energy of the situations, you will start to feel high off it and it will come naturally.

An old friend talked me into going clubbing with him but it was a miserable experience. I went from being in a good mood to feeling like chit within moments of stepping in there because I wanted to break free and have fun with all the other people but I can't because of my inhibitions. Seems like there is a long way to go for me but that's ok. I've already made up my mind that I'm going to get it done and I have a plan which goes like this:

Quit my current job on monday
finish getting my driver license till mid july
Rot hard for 2 months as a security guard and make bank
Buy some chitty car
Use the rest of saved up cash to find new job in the capital city
Implement my new anti-rot strategy from previous post once I get there

Notable things that happened this week

-called out a young couple about leaving their shopping basket where it shouldnt be. (It was in my way otherwise i wouldnt care) Just asked them if this is where youre supposed to leave that chit while staring them down until they said no. This might seem stupid but I've never dared to do something like this before.
-approached and blown out by 2 uglies at the club today. I was almost completely sober when it happened too, so this is definitely a step forward.

Did it. After weeks of walking around like an idiot I finally approached some girls today.

2 of them were sitting on a bench in the park. At first I walked past them (I was on my way to get some water) but when I came back and they were still there, I knew I can't let this chance go. Did my best to clear my head so I'm not consumed by fear again, then went up to them while they looked straight at me. Once I was close I said hi and they started giggling. "Every other bench is taken", I said as I sat down next to them. (Every other bench was empty so it was supposed to be a joke, but it probably just sounded like a cheap excuse.)

Rest of the conversation was me asking questions, them giving 1 word responses, then the awkward silence followed for a couple minutes till they just got up and left without saying anything. Lots of things will need to be worked on and now I have a better idea of what those things are. 1 step at a time, I believe I can do it.

I plan to approach girls again tomorrow so I know this wasnt just some fluke but real results of my effort to improve. Will dedicate the entire day to this goal.

From what I can see you've actually made improvements already. I agree with the hair. I'm a bald guy. I'm bald because I have no choice. If you have a full head of hair, don't shave that sh*t.

Me personally, I'm very lucky to have an aesthetic look being bald.

Bro I'm an attractive male and let me tell you there is more to life than girls. Don't get down cause you didn't talk to one of those useless c*nts. I swear m8.

If you're as socially awkward as you claim I would suggest the goal to be to make a best friend. Not go out and get a ton of friends or get a gf (who you likely wont be able to trust anyway cause females are terrible human beings).

I'm talking about 1 great friend who you can do anything with. This will improve your quality of life way more than a gf or a circle of multiple ok friends.

Seriously. Focus on befriending 1 guy and be really good friends with him.

I haven't had a true best friend since I was 18 and I can honestly without a doubt say I was much happier back then socially than I was at any other point in my life since.

In b4 someone turns this into a gay joke.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

you are doing fine mate, step after step, getting closer

my advice: clean that acne with accutane, keep lifting, grow your hair, talk to everyone, smoke some green to relax, some alcohol too...just relax dude, soon you will realize...NO ONE GIVES A FUK, dont try to be someone else...be the best you can, stay real

you are tall, have blue eyes, some muscle....its up to you bro

dude you look great in that last pic. even from first pics, you can really look good with just a few changes which you've acknowledged. you'll be killing it soon. the social anxiety part is way harder, but you'll have the base and confidence to build on soon.

btw, clubs are WORST thing in the world for guys in your position. or really any position for that matter. Sasha daygame on youtube has a good recent video on this. The whole club experience is designed to make men feel inferior so they spend money, every single way the club is laid out, the lights, the music, the drinks, etc... you felt like chit by design. so really you cant beat yourself over that! only way to not get sucked into that is to actual enjoy just the dancing/music aspect of it, which isnt most men or most clubs

Then you should know how hard it is to find a real friend. Everyone just wants to smash girls and get money and wont hesitate to fuk you over for those things. I've grown apart with basically all my friends and now we're just aquaintances. Even the very closest bros who would never keep anything a secret from me.

btw, clubs are WORST thing in the world for guys in your position. or really any position for that matter.
Thanks brahs, helped to cheer me up a bit after today's failure. Will try again tomorrow

I think its a great idea. I dont really have anything to lose and some of them would for sure like me. Consciously I know this but deep inside im still a scared child.

Hey man, I made this account for guys like you. I was in a similar situation years ago and did a ton of self-improvement when I became aware.

The great thing is that you are aware of the need to improve. I want to give you a few tips:

1) Don't do cold approaches. Attractive women do not like to get bothered in the middle of the day. If will drop your confidence. Only low-value men do cold day approaches;

2) Instead of cold approaching to get to know women, get involved in social events that have a lot of women, such as (college) classes, mixed sports teams, a part-time job at cafe. The great thing about these things is they improve you in other ways than just social skills and social circle;

3) You need to improve your wardrobe. The easiest way to do this is, when you find yourself in social circles, look at what the high-value men are wearing and copy it. No need to reinvent the wheel. Pay particular attention to the fit. Fit trumps style/colors/brands. If you have a good body, as you seem to have, well-fitted clothes usually are slim-fit. Until you know exactly what to buy, keep it simple. No jackets and other fancy stuff, you are not on that level yet. Keep your clothes clean and fresh;

4) The misc jokes about facial aesthetics being most important, but they really are. This means getting a haircut regularly, whitening teeth and, maybe most importantly, you need a skin regimen. A lot of stuff is available these days that can make your acne-ridden skin look almost flawlessly. Look into that more deeply and if needed, consult an expert. In any case, you can start off with a basic regimen regardless. A basic regimen consists of face wash and moisturizer for your face + moisturizer for around your eyes. More extended regimens are available on the Internet. Biggest mistake people make with skin regimens is that they apply the stuff too harshly with their fingers on their face, while you need to carefully apply the stuff. That is, you should barely touch your face while washing and applying stuff.

These are the things just off the top of my head. If I remember other stuff I will add it in this topic.
