I have never heard of the banana girl before, but I'm happy you have found something that helped you lose the weight. Maybe now you can increase the protein intake and lift weights.
I'm not sure why you are looking for a diet that doesn't need workouts, is it because you dont have time to workout or just not interested/motivated?

I'm not too concerned with traditional methods atm after having so much success with something that everyone said wasn't going to work.
I like getting exercise, but I have no desire to work out two hours a day. I do want to start dancing again, because I always loved dancing hip hop/lyrical.

Friday night. Date night in Miami. Every night is a date night in Miami, and everyone's having sex. But for me, sex never enters into it. I don't understand sex.
