Thanks homie! - DEFINITELY will get that lean again in the next year or 2. I just wanted a body fat that was maintainable for ME while eating out here and there or if there were drinks at some place etc - wanted to live a little. I am a bit extreme. When I diet down to get lean, I count every single food to the gram. Haven't been lean since 2013 so might try again in bodybuilding in 2017 or 2018.

Did that win mean youre a natty pro?

I know exactly what you mean, posting on the misc doesnt help either lol. I think when you get as far as you did its not about finding the reward in the small new gains but being the 0.1 percent of the world having and enjoying the awesome physique. When i see guys really into natural bodybuilding at a high level who you know are natural you can tell most of them are just having fun and disregarding the blatant cheats and small amounts of new gains if any

Nah it wasn't a pro qualifier. Yeah I suppose your right. I'm trying to get back into it but once you lost that fire its kind of hard to find it again. Its almost like I forgot how to be a bodybuilder. Was easier before too because I didn't really have any distractions (no real social life) and now it seems like I got stuff going on every weekend. Dumb excuse I know but its just hard to keep focused on training and remembering to eat constantly.

Because I don't think about gains 24/7 believe it or not - plus I LOVE lifting - it's a must in a my life. Don't want to take drugs and end up looking like **** after 40 and give up. Know plenty of naturals in the mid 60's that put me and many others to shame

Ofc I tracked them. IIFYM for life. I have to check through my files to see what I was on. I remember my carbs were like 220 fats 45? Forget the protein. Then I blew out after wards lmao - No I don't get it checked. Me and a friend are curious to see what ours is to be honest. Will try get it checked sometime

So it was only 1 set each.

I always thought that squatting 4 , benching 3 and deadlifting 5 plates was epic regardless of body weight. I never really see much people in the gym close to that (where I live atleast) so I wanted to be able to rep that weight.

The bench press was only 1 set and I knew I couldn't do more - the bench press was back in feb 2016. The squat and deadlift were in June 2016. Last week actually. I think I coulda done another set with both but I decided to back off and do a lower weight.

Never really bothered with OHP

To the untrained your first picture is quite deceiving, but the thickness, fullness and the dense size of the muscles are a dead giveaway. However, the other pictures where you are under 9% bodyfat percentage yet still able to hold onto the muscle and fullness is another giveaway to “creatine” usage; impossible for a natural to be that lean and full. And please don’t quote your stats, stats are meaningless in this discussion.

100% not natural
Because I dieted down slow? No broscience 'fasted cardio' 'clean eating' etc

Dude I was pumped in the first pic and anyone can look amazing if they come in shredded... Lol.

At the end of the day, I can't prove to you if I am natural or not - only I know and it feels fukcing great knowing I have achieved what I have achieved. It's not much in some peoples eyes but I'll take it. And believe me, once the clothes go on - it doesn't even look like I lift. Just look at the video of the squat / deadlift. That's a dead give away that I am pretty small.

Go consistently for 10 years or close to and I am sure you'll be surprised.

And no I don't mean 10 years of being anti social. 10 years or being damn consistent.
