However, the other pictures where you are under 9% bodyfat percentage yet still able to hold onto the muscle and fullness is another giveaway to “creatine” usage; impossible for a natural to be that lean and full. And please don’t quote your stats, stats are meaningless in this discussion.

If you ever decide to compete and aim for striated glute conditioning, diet down slow, lift heavy and you'll be damn surprised : ) - up to you if you think I am 'un-natty'
100% natty for life.

As for my lifts, I think I am a pretty good presser. Squats are my favourite I dedicate the majority of my time and research to them, hate deadlifts but they are going up.
if you see me in person you won't be impressed when I am wearing something.

You're a ****ing beast, and I know you're natural because I have been lifting for 4.5 years and have a similar build to yours, just around 15% bodyfat, you just motivated me to push even further, thanks man.

we respect those that are better than us and have what we wish to achieve so I dont really mire anyones lift unless its like a plate higher than what I can do.

great achievements there dude, I'm also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, 10 years, and I still have yet to hit my goal of joining the 500lbs deadlift club. what you have hit here is all my current goals. congrats, and I hope I will be able to hit these lifts at these weights in the near future as well.

2011 until now I am more relaxed. Get your workout in, hit your macros (if you're in the offseason a bit more lenient ) and let it all fall into place over time.

Please explain how you were able to cut, gain and maintain large amounts of muscles while under calorie deficit and continually being able to lift heavy as a natural? Give us a through explanation please

thought you were being serious.I never was able to 'gain' while being in a deficit. I maintained the majority of my muscle mass by not changing my routine and dieting down slow. And I mean SLOW. Only thing that went down was my incline bench (at the time I didn't do flat bench)
As for getting stronger, I started PLing in 2014 to help with my hypertrophy goals. I was stuck at 220-230 or whatever in terms of squats for a set of 10. Wanted atleast to do 315 etc.
Those 3 videos you saw, they were on REAL good days. Today I was deadlifting and 440lbs felt like complete ****. Benching felt heavy too.
