These threads get more ridiculous everyday.
Fake natty says been lifting for 3 years, gets called out for lying.

Next fake natty says he been lifting for 5 years, same results.

What does the next person do?
Increase the years even more.
Been lifting for 10 years all natty bro.
Meanwhile he just rode a bike and started lifting a year ago.

Brb jeff seid lifting for 20 years natty to get his results.

Mirin chest hair tho.

Lets be real. None of us here have cut that low before.. we have no idea what we'd look like sub 10% BF, you have no right to call people out for natty or not until you have a good amount of experience under your belt and have done it and seen it all.

VOLUME is king. But don't try to double it or anything. 'prog overload' will do that for you over the years. Manipulate your sets, reps, weight take deloads when you need so you can keep progressing. It's slow and some points you will hit a halt but that's where manipulating your program comes into play. Many times I've had to 'drop the weight' and rework my way up just to beat plateaus

Just wanna look like OP in OP @ 6'5". Is that too much to ask? I don't care about being lean if I could pack on mass like that.

Doing Candito routine right now, I am hoping it works to pack on size. Do you bulk hard or just slowly?

How lean do you like to stay year round OP? Is there anything you usually do after you finish dieting to make sure you dont add fat on too fast? I dont mean about adding calories back in slowly i mean in terms of avoiding binge eating when you realise the diet is over?

Matt weighs more. I weigh in the 130's when I am on stage. Love and respect to the brother Matt Ogus. Sick physique, and he is strong. HE IS Natural. This is just my opinion here: He has a more pleasing to the eye physique, but I think I can beatem in competition. No disrespect Ogus if you are reading this xD

When I get striated glutes yes. Loss of libido and angry etc. But we all have different set points. IIFYM helps a **** ton - I still think you can get hella shredded despite you feeling crappy so far out.

I did the whole dreamer bulk back in 2010. It was great. Didn't care about what I ate or how I looked - just lifted. Looked good in clothing, absolute crap when the shirt came off - the down side though was taking soooo long to diet down for my show. I think 8 months and I wasn't even near striated glute status lmao... Won my class and came 2nd overall still so I guess you gotta take the positives right

So I stay as lean as you see me in the OP or in the last pic I posted of me doing side chest, tricep etc - i think page 5? So after my last show (2013) I literally just ate how I normally ate. For the first few days I binged because I did not care about 'macros' etc but then food becomes 'meh' after you reach your set point and I guess that set point is this for me lol. I tried reverse dieting but it was too hard man. For me anyway. I finished competition and last thing I wanna do is 'look good'

Tbh I am happiest with how I look now. Not fat, but also not shredded. I enjoy being strong and being shredded but there's a time for both - just not always if that makes sense. For me anyway. I think this is the key for me to stay in the game otherwise I'd burn out and quit.. Most people try too hard and burn out
Originally Posted By BurningWolf

No I agree with you man. For me I feel so happy with my lifts so far - I can't believe what I'm doing despite it not being all that great in the powerlifting world. I have been training for powerlifting since 2014. Gains have slowed down quite a bit this year but that's ok.

If the misc sees a legit lifter/physique they'll try as hard as they can to bring you down. Terrible community for bodybuilding.

Show day in 2013. Overall winner - no drugs, no water depletion, no broscience. IIFYM ftw!
Mirin physique
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
