-Power hungry cops, or whatever you want to call them, over stepping their boundaries and abusing their power. These kind of cops only makes up a very small fraction of cops nationwide, less than 1% I would say.
-The media, which fuels hysteria on both sides (blacks thinking they're going to end up enslaved or something, whites thinking blacks are going to try and revolt)
-Violence supporting BLM protesters calling for "action" and escalating the situation. We're talking a sizable minority of BLM protesters. I would say most do not condone violence against cops, but there are still many who support violence and view it as the only option.
-People, usually white, denouncing the BLM movement due to the action of the above minority and possibly even viewing blacks the same way the above view whites, due to fear of violence (which is then fueled by the media).
-Some BLM protesters/supporters are only revved up more by people denouncing the movement and are possibly driven to the same silly thinking as the violent chunk. Rinse and repeat, creating more and more divide.

The thesis is people who have influence over black people should speak out against having the tribal mentality and should educate against all the cliches black people racially believe.
We need to educate towards peace.
There is no such thing as fighting against the law. And nobody thinks cops are abusing their power, in general as a whole, except paranoid minorities.
Its basic crime and punishment. Thats the system and educated people agree with it.
