You're retarded, it isnt even true that blacks have an easier time getting jobs. There's one study that shows blacks with harvard degrees and otherwise identical credentials have the same odds of getting interviewed as a white from a state school.

Well, we agree there. Though they aren't perfect, LEOs are what maintains the society we live in. But one of those was purely idealistic (similar to the gathering last night) and one was indiscriminate violence. I don't think either are the answer, but right now it's hard for me to compare the two.

No they are not.
In scenario one, you have a duly elected government and armed white terrorists (who think the government is out to get them!) attempt to overthrow it. That involves killing soldiers and cops doing their jobs.
In scenario two, you have a duly elected government and armed black terrorists (who think cops are out to get them) attempt to get back at the police. That involves killing cops doing their jobs.

10 years ago when I was starting my career my professor knew someone in HR at the University of Missouri STL and gave her my resume. Not sure if things have changed but back then they went by a point system to see if you were qualified for the job. Me and one other person were tied for points but they got an extra one because they were a minority and I lost out on the job. His friend in HR told him that's the only reason I didn't get it. So how were the odds not stacked against me?

what does med school acceptance have to do with my statement, which was that blacks dont have an easier time getting jobs?

The school admission advantage is true, because the system is rigged such that you are more likely to find a black person in jail rather than qualified for med school, so when one of them applies schools gobble them up. LOL if you're complaining about that the 5 qualified black people getting in while the rest of the class is asian and white

Heard about the blacks being killed when i was out today, had a nice nap when i came home and when i woke up i heard about the dallas incident, man the smile on my face could not have been wider, its about time honestly. Too bad it was only 5.
