In New Orleans I wouldn't necessarily doubt your story. In NO in 2012 there were 193 murders/370,000 people in the city and only 495 for the whole state with 4,600,000 citizens.

That means out of 4,230,000 citizens there were 302 murders outside of New Orleans. New Orleans had 64% as many murders with 8% of the population siz

Those are insanely high numbers, and they're like 90% from the black community.

I am not sure what "Black People" means let alone what they believe...I can only speak to the Black people I know and what they have shared with me as to their beliefs.
