You are right on alot of points, but remember that the robbing, killing, drugs, gangs, is a direct result of oppression and some if actually instituted directly by the oppressor.

Example: The oldest gangs in the us are mexican street gangs. Their origins are a direct result of racism. They were created to protect themselves from white racists, the police, sailors, their surrounding community. They had nobody to protect them, so they had to protect themselves. This obviously evolved over time.

Its a fact that drugs were introduced to hispanic and black communities by either white people or the government. Systematic oppression of people. This all equals criminals.

Growing up in la during the 90's i can tell you first hand that police brutality was 100% real, not just to actual criminals but also to average law abiding citizens. Police have a long factual track record of police brutality. Back to the zoot suit riots, the la walk outs. And much more.

Now thats not to say that alot of the nowaday accusations of police brutality arent bs.. Many are. If a criminal is trying to take a officers gun or pull a gun on him.. Thats not police brutality, thats preservation of ones life.

The areas that are "over-policed" are high-crime areas. Not the cops' fault mostly blacks live there. And the sentencing statistics are very misleading, considering they don't take into account criminal history, which is something that directly affects a person's sentence. Find me some statistics that compare sentences of blacks and whites of equal criminal history

I'm not an activist, but how many white people are killed by cops by questionable means?

There was a guy here in SC, that was killed after a cop stopped him for having weed in his car (or something like that I really don't remember). I think he cop shot him because he drove off, and the cop said his life was in danger or something because he was by the window or something. That's like the only case/incident that I know of. I'd really like the see articles of non-poc being killed in questionable situations. (srs)

This is a rough situation, but killing people because they are white or cops is ridiculous, and vice versa.
The guy who got shot in the car, what position did he put himself in? Why was his car stopped again? Was there some warrant for his arrest, was he a fugitive? Why was the cop so aggressive?
