Just got back from lunch and had to share with the misc. It's a nice day outside so I thought I'd walk around and try a new deli. Well the place turned out to be further away than I thought and it's hot as balls out there. To make things worse, at my prestigious white collar job our dress environment is super lax (one of the privileges of being highly educated I guess) so all I'm wearing today are jeans and a t-shirt. Needless to say by the time I arrived I was soaked in sweat.


I knew I made a mistake when I walked in and right away saw the place infested with uneducated, peasant, tradie scum. There were a bunch of plumbers and mechanics, mostly looking like they had just been bathed in sh*t they were so dirty. Well due to my attire and the weather I think some of these plebes actually thought I was one among them. One or two actually made eye contact with me (lol) and one even tried to strike up a coversation (ROFL). Thankfully right around that time I got a call from co-worker about a project we are working on and I talked extremely loudly to let the vermin understand to back off. Got a bbq chicken wrap panni and it was pretty good but never going back there amongst those people again. Close call.


TLDR:
Prestigious white collar job
try lunch at new deli
soaked in sweat almost look like scum tradie
scrum tradies try to associate with me
tell them to GTFO and assert my alphaness
*Caffeine addict crew*
*10 cups of coffee a day crew*
*Can't sleep at night b/c too much caffeine crew*
*eyes bloodshot, feel like death 24/7 due to caffeine crew*
*known personally at every coffee shop within a 100 mile radius of my house crew*
*A state of trance crew*

*ivanka trump is my 10/10 crew*

I would've called out sick for the rest of the day and taken a 3 hour hot shower to wash the germs off me after coming in contact with such dirty and uneducated plebs. You have SOME balls to go back to work after that unlucky adventure.
