If you have no problems with women then believe what you want.

The problem is, a lot of these guys build a decent physique and then don't see much difference and start to think their face is the problem. When the reality is their minds are not right and they are also not realising getting women is about other factors some of which nothing can be done much about,unless serious changes are made to their lifestyle, they may even need to move cities . One of them is just your social circle, which can be hard to change especially in the age of social media where increasingly people are living their lives online and not interracting. Nothing much will change if you have the same group of friends, live in the same place and don't go out much because frankly bars and clubs get tiresome after a while.

Having a good physique does help, as does having a decent face but they are not fundemental the other problem is women don't behave like men and thats what these guys are not realising.They are instead looking at themselves critically, it must be their height, their face or because their bodyfat isn't low enough or muscles aren't big enough. It's a pretty unhealthy way to think to be honest.

It seems like girls do care about physique, just less so than guys do. For them, personality and facial aesthetics are the most important attributes. OP is obviously wrong because any girl when hypothetically presented with two identical men, only differing in physique, would 100% prefer the more muscular man.

Physique does matter to girls, period.

..but while a guy working on their own body may just want to be as big as possible - bigger is not always better when it comes to what women want (physique wise anyway, height or cawk size wise is another matter). Too big is just as unaesthetic as too small to most women, although there are plenty of exceptions and plenty of women who love huge non-natty physiques and also plenty of women who like their men as skinny as if they just hopped on the train out of Auschwitz.

For most though they want a balance - somewhere between that skinnier athletic look and the top end of natty physiques == girls will be drooling.

IMO physique can often impress a girl more than your face can BUT that's really only when you're shirtless. In most day to day settings the first thing a girl is going to see is your face, and so yes your first impressions are gonna be made based on: 1) facial aesthetics, 2) your vibe/how you act around her during those first 15 minutes

Another thing to take into account though is if someone has decent physique, they also have a whole host of other qualities that are appealing to women: willpower, dedication, strive to improve etc - all these things from an evolutionary perspective make you a better pick. So even in the cases where a woman might think perhaps you're //too// big or perhaps she isn't into the whole bodybuilder look - she's still going to be into you once she gets to know you.

Having a nice bod is a plus, but definitely not a deciding factor at all. It just makes things a little bit easier to fuk.
