Just LOL @ all the haters in this thread. They are OK taking steroids, counting every macro, but taking care of your skin (which actually matters more than being jacked) is gay and wrong? Stupid.

I've looked into dermapens, but haven't found one I could trust, aware me which one do you use?
As for the peel, yes its very easy to do it at home and no its not harsh enough that you need a professional.
Just get a small gauze pad, and apply few drops till you get a layer on your face, keep it for 5-7 mins and then wash it off with cleanser or soap and then moisturize.

I need to tan to look good, or my skin looks pale as fck.
Could it be possible to incorporate tanning in this routine. Not when you're using the bha/ aha or retin-a obviously. But how about something like, stopping everything for 10 days, then tan for 2 days, then continue regime for 20 days, then repeat? Or do the exfoliants and retin-a make the skin sun-sensitive permanently long after using them?

OP,
Could you recommend any specific ingredients I should look for in a moisturizer please?
And if I have oily skin, will sunscreen such as spf30 make it worse aka shine? Currently use Cetaphil cleanser and some poverty moisturizer.

Clinique moisture surge is a good moisturizer for oily skin. Look for gel moisturizers instead of cream as they absorb better and leave no oily streaks.

I have inquired about it and its actually fairly simple procedure.
They use a laser called Pulsed dye lasers are the most common type of laser used to treat broken capillaries. Also known as a V-beam laser, this laser is used to treat a variety of skin conditions in addition to broken capillaries, including birthmarks, acne scars, port wine stains or spider veins. This type of laser is considered to deliver a fairly painless burst of energy, and the laser light works to both cool the outer layer of skin while targeting damaged blood vessels underneath the skin.
Get it if you really want to get rid of them

Just got my sample of Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant. I'm happy it doesn't burn my face like the AHA does. Is it just me or does it take forever to absorb into your skin though? I feel like there's a puddle of water just sitting on my face. I think I'll only use this at night.

is a cleanser necessary / beneficial to use before the aha/bha, and can you get away with just washing your face with water beforehand? on the bha user manual they recommend lightly soaking a cotton pad and even the stuff out, any point in that? And to be clear, are you supposed to leave the stuff on and not wash it off after some time?

Nah using cotton is their way of making you waste the product and buy it faster. just use your palms and rub it on your face. and yes you don't wash it off but you gotta moisturize after or you will get a dry face

Thanks for posting this thread. Some good advice in here. I wasn't a big fan of Paula's Choice after trying many of their products last summer but maybe they're worth another look.

Thinking about trying this routine for my sebaceous filamentshttps://fiftyshadesofsnail.com/2015/...-3-pore-myths/
what do you think OP?
Also, of you have to pick one or two products for a semi-dry face for dat dere eternal glow, what would you recommend?
Note that I never put lotion and stuff on my face or body ever.. I hate how they make my skin feel sticky and not smooth.
Appreciate any input brah.

The oil cleansing thing she mentioned in the routine either works great for people or very badly resulting in killer cystic acne that scars you for life. I tried it before and I didn't like it, but it all depends on you. Personally I don't think its beneficial much if you're a guy as your pores aren't clogged as much as women who wear makeup.

What do you recommend after Accutane treatment to get rid of those chitty scars? I can't laser this chit away, cuz I have to wait 12 months (According to my doctor). Basically red spots that were left after acne (Not Pimples).
Also what's your opinion on the Aztec Secret Indian Clay?
