Serial entrepenuer (although hate that term) / investor
4-5 income sources
~275-650K (GBP) / $365K - $865K (USD - it would be higher, but the pound plummeted after brexit)
I work roughly 80 hours a week, do this for about 4 weeks at a time then burn out really badly and spend 4-5 days doing f-all.
Location: S.E england

Meeting with my CPA today as a matter of fact about something...
System Administrator for a steel company.
$131,954.00 last year taxable income.
Los Angeles, CA.
And a undisclosed amount from my consulting business that is pretty much a cash business and what the IRS and State does not know...they don't need to know.

I work 2 exits down the free way from my place so the drive is not an issue at all. The only other time I'd want to go anywhere around LA is for nightlife. At that point the traffic has died down anyway. I do miss the european transportation system but I don't see myself living anywhere other than LA.

Its going okay, it can always be better...we are constantly scrounging for stylists and barbers as they are the flakiest fukin people and it makes me put more energy into it then my other things I am developing then I want to.
You'd think barbers would be more on point but they are about the same as stylist bimbos.

I'm not sure what the licensing process is, but basically she hired certified cosmetology teachers that can teach classes that count towards a certificate or something, but they also have just "fun" classes for the ladies to learn how to do hair. So she's making money from the cosmetology school, then she picks some of the best ones to work at her beauty salon downstairs.
Look into it m8.

Agreed w/ the highlighted. I've found that many of the folks IRL who stretch the truth (if not downright fib) about how awesome they are usually aren't so happy/content. I'd rather focus my energy on me and what I can do to improve myself rather than worry about what someone else is doing, much less trying to "keep up" w/ them.
