The meat industry has its problems, but so does every other industry that has to cater billions of people everyday. It is cruel just like nature is. In my mind, the lions eating gazelles alive is not any less harsh for the animal than the meat industry
ohookay where do i start lol.
Lets see.

1. Meat is good for you:
Animals are fed with hormones and antibiotics

2. You liking meat does not make you selfish pos and that was never said. You consuming meat despite knowing how much paing is inflicted in the lifetime of an animal that has been born into indoor housing aswell as the enviromental problems that are caused through massmeatproduction.

3. Ye you not eating meat will have almost no impact. If I don't do it somebody else will ye? Cope cope cope

4. Meat industry has its problems as any other industry. Sure it does, you know who may change that? Consumers.

5. Lion eating a gazelle alive is just as cruel. Sure it is, but the gazelle is not living its life in prison only to be slaughtered. Neither does the lion requiere so much meat that he eats the whole stock.

SOY the food of illness

SOY JUNK and how People are unaware of the Dangers of Soy

http://augmentinforce.50webs.com/ANTI%20SOY.htm

"Pro-GMO vegans have exploded onto the scene ranging from Twitter user VeganGMO to Freelee The Banana Girlhas actually called for veganism to be forced on everybody and for meat eaters to be executed.

And it seems like some social justice warriors are creating new buzzwords to attack meat eaters...word such as "speciesist" and "vegaphobe"."

"They (Big Agribiz) want us eating GMO plants. And eventually they'll say that only the animals should be allowed to eat GMO plants and that humans deserve to starve to death for their "speciesism" and their "human privilege".

Here's Freelee The Banana Turd saying meat eaters deserve to die. This video has been flagged by lots of people...and it's still available for viewing.

Try making a video saying self-righteous vegans deserve to die. YouTube would waste no time at all removing that video as "hate speech". Hate speech against meat eaters is allowed by the establishment and is encouraged by the establishment and the mainstream media, but hate speech against vegans has to be silenced and those evil vegaphobes have to be banned."
"The reason we are being murdered with genetic altering drugs is its slow acting and it causes your body to malfunction and destroy itself so there is a "plausible deniability" factor. Unlike most poisons which leave more evidence of being the direct cause of death."

Correct -- vegans dont eat things that come out of animals...ie bee vomit, chicken periods, or juice from cow tittays. And you find this odd?

1. It has an impact. Your reasoning was that its healthy, clearly there are healthier options.
2. You said it yourself meat tastes good. Also see 1.
3. If everyone would think like you nothing in the history of mankind would have changed. Its coping at its finest.
4. The problems can be fixed by cutting more animal products out of your diet and have a balanced diet.
5. One comes with the other. If what we are discussing is cruelty then the lion is only responsible for death. We are for everything before death and death itself.

I remain totally unconvinced. Veganism is a form of speciesism.

Yes honeybees and other creatures we can understand to be intelligent and sentient in our limited understanding of consciousness and the universe (as defined by our own limited senses) must irrefutably be more conscious, intelligent, social, and "aware" than a stupid carrot. not srs

There's no point in me typing out some long-winded response, when Vegan Gains has already done all the work for me. The video completely dismantles your argument, irrespective of whether or not plants can actually feel pain. But you don't want to watch it (and be proven wrong) because you find him annoying. Guess what, I find him annoying too and think he needs a good punch in the face for some of the things he's done. The problem is, the fact that he's annoying and an arrogant little sh*t doesn't make what he says any less true.

Actually, an omnivorous diet is a form of speciesism. Unless you believe that all animals deserve to suffer equally, in which case you should be campaigning for cats, dogs, horses, and other animals to be bred for slaughter to ensure that they're treated equally to cows, pigs, chickens, sheep etc. Stroking your cat or dog while it sits on your lap, then going to your kitchen to cook a piece of rotting cow flesh, is practicing specieism of the highest order. Would you eat cat and dog if you went to an asian country where eating them is commonplace such as vietnam, or korea?

I agree with these points.

I truly think that if you eat a certain type of meat or consume something from an animal you should be perfectly willing and able to slaughter that animal or extract the food from the source.

No way in this world I could kill a cow/pig/sheep/goat, etc so I don't eat them. Nothing against a fish or chicken, but I could behead them for food on my own. The thought of it isn't that devastating to me. Might not be everyone's way of thinking, but it's my logic and therefore the only logic I care to follow. I prefer them to live in humane, nicer, conditions as well, of course.

Bro I said that I hunt and kill animals in seconds, wasting nothing the animal had to give me and that wasn't good enough for the vegan kunts on this website. There's literally no way to come to an understanding with them without it coming at the cost of you sucking their dicks and converting to veganism.

I agree with this. People are way too disconnected from what they eat. They no longer see that this was once an animal they only see the end product.

1. It can be healthy in small doses too. There is no evidence of it being unhealthy in any way. And no, not eating meat is NOT a healthier option
2. I eat meat because it tastes good yeah. I do not eat meat because it is massproduced or because I am conscious of how some of the slaughtering methods.
3. We are talking about eating meat, not the history of mankind. Me cutting out meat would literally have a 1/billion effect on the production, practically nil. If you want to get rid of meat production, cutting out your own meat consumption would not be an effective method.

4. I am eating a balanced diet. I eat mostly carbs, around 100 grams of protein and the rest in fat. I eat meat once a day, sometimes two. A balanced diet is one with meat, not one without it. Vegans are not eating a balanced diet in any shape or form, I am.

5. Nope. It is not a given that an animal's death is directly related to its prior life. I am discussing the cruelty and pain of the death itself, the living beforehand is a different topic altogether. What I find funny is that what you veganbrahs are advocating would destroy these species to oblivion, they literally would disappear from Earth like pigs in a muslim country. I think most of these animals would choose life over nothingness if they had the chance, despite how horrible it can be.

Yeah, exactly.

I have no problem with hunters so long as they do it properly (bullet/arrow - avoiding prolonged suffering of the animal) and don't over hunt.

I also definitely know from past threads that vegans seem to take more issue with my logic than they do with the guys who come in these threads and say "lol eating steak right now, u mad vegans?" I've never understood it either. I eat meat maybe 3-5 times a week and even then only fish/chicken. Yet it seems in every vegan thread they attack my logic. I really don't think you can ever win with them, but I give 0 shiets about trying to justify myself to people online, some of whom probably wont even stay vegan past the summer.

Yeah, exactly. I eventually decided it was time. I couldn't cope with the thought of some of the animals I was eating being slaughtered so I decided to stop eating them altogether. As I say chickens/fish I just don't have sufficient empathy for not to eat on occasion...

1. Bacteria builds stronger resistance vs antibiotics, because of use of antibiotics in meat productions. This chit is proven. Also weakens your immune system, so ye gl with that being healthy.

2. I eat meat, because it tastes good aswell nothing wrong with that buddy.

3. What I am saying is that that attitude " if i dont do it someone else will " is dangerous and destructive. Thats the same chit bankers said in the 2008 crisis.

4. I agree. Veganism is not a balanced diet.

5. No one is pushing for the end of the meat industy. I just feel like this mass production is doing waaay too much harm. And yes the life prior to death has to be taken into consideration, because we are responsible for it. I would feel way better about eating meat if I knew that the steak I am eating once was a happy cow eating fresh grass and chilling with his homies and getting dcked by big bull tyrone.

And this is why I can only SMH and laugh at posters like JeenyusJr who think vegans are "speciesist" because we eat animals but not plants.

BRB wont eat factory farmed cows and pigs because it's cruel

BRB eating factory farmed chicken and fish

This whole thread is hypocritical. I enjoy my half vegan lifestyle ,not all vegans are insane or hippies ,and not all carnivores "meat eaters" here are cannibals or satanic.Either side has its benefits.
