Knocking me out and tore my shoulder up. Paramedics were called because I was knocked unconscious. My buddies and myself pleaded with the cops I was not trying to kill myself just being dumb and drunk.. Cops didn't want to hear it and baker acted me saying I tried to kill myself.. WTF. They kept me over the weekend and when I saw the board on Monday morning they determined I was no threat to myself or anybody else just poor judgment at the time and heavily intoxicated. I was 21 or 22 and just dumb. They just threw it out as if it had never happened..

It did not stay on my record. They performed a mental stability test on me first thing Monday morning and about a 2 hour interview. Let me go right away. I refused all medication during my stay and and kept to myself. I had torn all the muscles in my right shoulder and I couldn't even lift my arm, landed right on my shoulder.. Probably the dumbest thing I ever did, somewhat. I went in on a Friday night and they only do evals on the weekdays. I was in there with some straight crazy people that couldn't have shoe strings, faced walls knocking their heads against the wall, talking and screaming at themselves, it was pretty freaking nuts.. Not saying I wasn't a bit crazy, but more young dumb boy who thinks he's hot stuff crazy and nothing can hurt him. I was a commercial diver at the time, and attending college full time, no prior record. I had no less than 3 drinks in my hand all night prior to that occurrence. Blood alcohol was like .28 or something. If the baker act stays with you, I'm pretty sure they deemed you actually unstable, I could be wrong though.
