it worked.

last gym injury I caused some midget decided to spot me from behind while I was doing OHP. I didn't ask him, and he moved in while I was mid-set. He couldn't even assist when I was at the bottom of my range of motion..so last rep I got halfway up and it started to go back down so I flipped it backwards. It was only me and him which is why I didn't care about noise. It bounced up and the bar caught his shins, ouch.

what do you do with / what's the point of a shooting jacket? uncle gave me one today from his Corps days and it smells like musty milsurp gear

Position shooting. Helps get a solid and stable platform. Guys who get into it, not even to pin level even, will often use a shooting jacket and also a shooting glove on their support hand. Aim: Take as much muscle (and heartbeat) out of the equation as possible. The ones I am more familiar with (do not and have never owned one) also have pads on the support elbow and the shoulders (or at least strong side shoulder) plus a fabric/thing on the upper support arm to help keep a loop sling in place.

this is great and all, but at some point shooting needs to go back to how well you can perform while naked.

The apartment itself isn't cheap. Just the deposit.

$970 a month. 1br, 1 bath, 700sqft, washer/dryer, AC (pretty rare around here), opened about 6 months ago so they're brand new. Good location as well. Right down the road from where I'm at now.


Currently in a 1500sqft house, 3 bed 3 bath, washer dryer hookups, no AC, hardwood all downstairs, 2 car garage for $1500 a month

yeah exactly. padded on the elbows and right shoulder in a U shape. idgaf about CMP esque shooting, I'd just never seen one before and never knew the purpose

Not too far from what is the going rate around here. The thing with all of these new apartment complexes they are building around here is that they have electric heat. Fuk that noise. Shot the glock 9s, mp5 rifle, 20 " A2 and the WASR today. Literally can not tell the difference between the g19 and g17.

Also found out they're trying to pass assault weapons bans and magazine limit laws in WA and OR...
