Can someone pm me a solution for this please. I don't live in a humid environment but every ****in gun I own rusts. My brand new Savage 111 that I've had for 3 months and put 6 rounds through has rust on the exterior of the barrel. I oil it religiously with hoppes oil after I clean it.
Needs to get back in to the gym crew

Spray paint the guns or don't worry about it. It's just surface dust, nothing that is actually damaging your gun. Phuk the finish.

I've been to salt lake city, seemed like there were lots of pretty girls there.

Maybe Il have to consider moving there eventually. I need to stay where I for the time being though. Need to get PE certified in HVAC.

I might be able to get a transfer to somewhere else in the country. I really like the company I'm with.

A few weeks ago I knew nothing about AR15's. Read Ikeman's AR15 thread and decided to build my first one.

So far I got
- Aero precision lower receiver
- Spike's lower parts kit
- BCM buffer tube assembly
- Magpul MOE carbine stock
- Magpul mbus pro front+rear sights
- BCM Upper Receiver Group w/ BCM KMR- *ALPHA* 13" Handguard +BCG+CH

Is this a good build?

Isn't the kmr keymod? Mlok outsells keymod by a lot and will most likely be the standard over keymod

I think colorado is pretty cool. Got that pain in the ass "high cap" mag ban, but it's pretty easy to find "mag repair kits."

As far as I know there has been ONE person charged with that violation since the law went into effect in 2013. Some nutjob (with a record) had been making threats to a school and they busted him and charged him with a laundry list of stuff, including weapons violations. And even then, the mag possession charge was dropped.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a LEO outside of the actual city/county of Denver (which is pretty small) and maybe Aurora who cares about that statute. Practically unenforceable. Still sucks that it got passed, though.
