185-188. It's very important that I stay within that range right now. After I get down to 13% BF, I'll consider increasing that limit to 200.

Never been on cut so don't know. Forever bulking crew... (get disappointed when I eat like crazy and the scale shies just 1lb gain tho)

Most of the time yes, especially if having a frustrating day and need to vent. Other days though, I have to drag myself to the gym (usually because tired), but those days tend to be my best workouts

To me it makes them apart of the family more. Our dogs name is Jacob, but the neighbor named him cuz he kept running over there.
