No, but she makes amazing protein pancakes, which turns out to be more important. I can watch twerking on YouTube.

Getting back to the grind at work after a week's vacation; have a good auction coming up next weekend; and I think I'm ready to begin my workout log here.

Don't worry; neither am I.

Depends on what I'm drinking: with beer and dark liquor (whiskey, rum, etc) I get loud and boisterous, with wine and light liquor (vodka, gin, liqueurs, etc) I get mellow and relaxed. With party drinks (Jager, tequila, Fireball, etc) I get sick.

------------

Did you do much traveling this summer?

Just had a week off for vacation and didn't drive more than an hour from the house. First Staycation Mrs. Rusty and I have had in ten+ years. Felt great.

My girlfriend and the dream of having 2 beautiful kids, a big house and an aston martin for the weekends, thirst for money. Used to be immediate family until recently betrayed.

Would you suck a dink for $50,000? Nobody would find out.

If I was hard up for money, I'd probably give it thought. However, as of the way I'm doing these days, I'd laugh. Would have to be 8 digits or more for me to even consider. No jomo of course.

Right, but I wouldn't use a ball gag; I'll feed her cupcakes in bed. "Cupcakes & F**king".

What motivates me is the desire to remain active for the rest of my life and not be a couch potato. The obvious reason would be that I see my body changing, slowly.

Nope but if it was to save a loved one's life then I'd do it.

High volume is my favorite. Heavy weight is fun for a bit. But my recovery isn't as good as it was a few years ago so it is a struggle to keep going with the heavy weights.

What's your favorite cable exercise?

Cable tricep pushdown. Only exercise that I 100% feel my triceps getting destroyed.

How do I get rid of this thin layer of chub on my belly? Rest of my body looks lean except for chest and belly. Cbs going on a cut. Is it possible? Have solid abs underneath, sitting at around 13% bf (dexa scan)
Been 4 weeks of chicken, tuna, eggs and olive oil with tiny bit of brown rice. What do?

Keep going. Lower belly especially, is always last to go for me. I drop the weight every where else, in the first half of my cuts. The second half is purely for the belly. If you're already really low in the calories, mix in HIIT. That always starts it for me. Also, pig out for a weekend and restart your calorie cut the next week. Does wonders for me. I'm a bit older though.
