That's sad. I was talking about the negative effects it has on a child's mind. Even if you and I started watching violent/negative videos, it's going to affect us in some way. We won't go around hurting people, but I reckon it'll mess with us in some unknown way. This is why I stopped watching gore and other bad stuff. Doesn't really phase me but I don't know what could happen later in life.

Start a reward system of some sort. Treat yourself every now and then, and tell yourself that you deserve it.
