That is not Houston, that is Spring. You couldnt find a house under $600k inside the loop and that would be a tear down in Houston proper.

I can understand the appeal of living in New York, but I still can't find the appeal of living in LA.



I guess that's why they're all moving to Texas. Better job market and it's dirt cheap out here. This house is 306k in Mansfield Tx. Tarrant County area.
