Just had a discussion about this with some friends over a bottle of bourbon the other night. They were going on and on about hillary this and trump that. While they were going back and forth for 45 mins about shiet that dont matter, I was thinking about streamlining my roll out process for a logistics platform I am working on and got some great ideas.
I am trying to apply those ideas this week while Im not sure what they might have gained out of talking about "a Wall"

Instead of fueling your jealousy, why dont you fuel your motivation? Not everyone gets what they want, but every person has multiple dreams and wishes. Reach for other passions in your life; go slowly and make realistic goals. Pro soccer is not the only dream job in the world. Its all about the mindset man, you might find another dream job!

Unfortunately most people like to talk about things that dont matter more than things that do. At least that is my assessment of the common man in today's society.

What about your charisma?
What about how your friends see you as a person?
Do those things not matter to you?
What are your skills and talents that you didnt choose?
You either capitalize on them or you dont.
Your sig is ironic because you are definitely a glass half empty kind of person.

But in terms of career stuff or whatever there is no motivation whatsoever for anything. I don't care. Don't have any talents or skills to pursue, no passions. Only thing I'm good at is athletics, I am a very good athlete very fast/quick. It wasn't crazy for me to believe I could make it in soccer, I did pretty well I was a borderline D1 player

Average charisma
Friends love me, but everyone's friends love them or they wouldn't be friends
Those things matter, but so many people have those things AND have other things going for them. My life is still relative s*it.
The skill/talent I have is in athletics, I am really athletic. Unfortunately unless you're in the top 1/2 of 1% you won't really make it in sports. I tried
My sig wasn't me lol, a miscer made me change it. It was something about RudyRude before lol

Nah, I actually surround myself with people who are further along in life than me. It helps me learn how to get ahead by seeing the little things they do.
I also try to help my friends that aren't in a good place by subtly showing them how I do things.
Always be around people that are better than you and help get others on the right path.
Not stressing about chit you can't change and never being content is key. We all start in different levels of society, so you can't compare yourself to others who were born 20 steps ahead/behind of you. That said, you gotta enjoy life in moment too.

I know other people doing what they want in life, and there's nothing really to learn from them either other than to be good at what you do and catch some breaks. *shrugs*

I dunno man, I just try to enjoy the little things I guess. I found new dreams along the way that differ from the dreams I had when I was younger. I find enjoyment in everything, from my job to my hobbies to my friends to the way I spend my free time. Would it be cool to be a pro baseball or football player like I always thought about? Absolutely, it would be awesome. But just because I am not one of those doesn't mean I can't try my best to live like them and enjoy my work, money and life just the same.

sorry to say it but America is a deeply unhealthy culture for the mind and soul. They constantly feed you sex, wealth and the fabulous lives of the one percent
and then also feed you bullchit propaganda from leftist media outlets who try to convince you at the same time that chasing any of these things makes you vacuous. As well as faux spirituality which is often misappropriated eastern philosophies which have presence in a westernised cultural mindset. Its a form of non-linear psychological warfare creating a negative feedback loop. People are extremely unhappy with their lives whilst claiming they are. This then fuels a debt based economy where people use materialism as a placeholder for feelings of poor self esteem or a lack of achievement.
Its all nonsense, like much of the fake "land of opportunity" garbage that people like to espouse. Especially considering socioeconomic maneuverability is falling off a cliff.
when u see the sheer level of vitriol thrown at successful women on here, u know people here are in no place to talk about their lack of jealousy

Idiots that delete their accounts (unplug) delude themselves into believing it to be a positive attribute such as it making them more mysterious but to everyone else, you're a reclusive introvert who is obviously a loser. At a best case scenario if you do manage to bag a girl and you state you don't have social media, the alarm bells start ringing and she'll think you have something to hide. At worst case, she'll think you're a sociopath with aspergers.
Cliffs:
You can't afford not to have social media unless you want to LDAR and become invisible. The weirdos that do this have given up on the world and are using cognitive dissonance to cope with the fact that they're social failures who lament about the status quo of social media.

sorry to say it but America is a deeply unhealthy culture for the mind and soul.
