There is a bad neghborhood between the restaurant and the victims house. You HAVE to pass this street to get to victims house.It is the EXACT type of neighborhood you would find flakka. I could believe he was walking and approached by hood dude with "hey, wanna try/buy something"? Or something like that....local knowledge brahs. normal people ( article says he was a star football player at highschool and in a frat at FSU so he's obviously a good social person) just don't storm off a restaurant and kill 2 people and eat their face off.
