OP is wrong, 19-22 is the peak. Just think from a girl's perspective that looking at my friends when they were 17-18 and looking at them now 20-21 they look much nicer and I'm not even talking about their makeup/clothes etc even though they do generally start to dress nicer and stuff when they leave school and get full-time jobs.
