What Are Everyones PR's? Or What Lifts Are You Proud of?

Can be just from the big three, or any exercise that you feel necessary.

For me it is:
Deadlift: 485 max (haven't maxed since that was almost 2 years ago) And 325x20
Bench: 285 Paused.
Squats: 405lbs 100% raw and 225x28

Nothing else comes to mind right now, but am looking to hit some big numbers (for me lol) soon.

Curious to what you brahs have hit in your lifting ventures.

Mine are pathetic. At around 155lb bodyweight.

275 squat for 3 reps
315 deadlift (my most proudest one)
155 bench. I have a metal plate in my arm so without a spot I refuse to go heavier. Even at that most of the ppl at my gym suck so yea.

I seriously need a training budd

255 bench with my butt on the pad.

Inb4 I'm a *******.

I don't really go for 1 rep PRs anymore, just usually try to go up on what I can safely do for reps without spotter, earlier this year got up to 320-25 lbs for reps on squat and kinda proud of that

Damn 440 at 165...at 18? I think I hit a quarter squat of 185 at that age. chit son.

Yea pissed I couldn't hit 5 plates either but I am going to blow that out of the water soon.

I've never done pr's because I go to the gym alone. My highest right now is 185 squat, 215 deadlift, and 165 bench. Fuking pathetic. I'm a fuking weak piece of garbage.

Current PR's at 5'5", 130 lbs and 2 months of lifting:

Squat: 225 lbs.
Bench press: 135 lbs.
Deadlift: 260 lbs.
Overhead press: 100 lbs.
Barbell rows: 145 lbs.

Hoping I can increase some of those by 30 lbs by the end of the year.

Yea extra ab work has been helping. On my last set today I hit 315x20 because I wanted to. It legit felt like 135. Strength is blowing up. Gonna hit a strength block soonish then will peak and see what happens

Thanks man, i've seen you comment on so many fitness channels on YT lol. But yeah, you generally want to be a bit conservative with what your predictions are, because you aren't doing all 3 lifts completely fresh. OBV since it's a meet. It's just the beginning though, im 21, so got lots of time. Goal is 700 deadlift raw one day(if possible) natty.

Haha yea I post on a lot of different powerlifting based channels.

Yea I think that is pretty conservative for when I am going to compete. The training I am doing now will prepare me for the meet. My work capacity is through the roof. And I too want a 700 natty deadlift and a natty 585 squat.

When I deadlifted 405 that was awesome.

I do want to squat 315 and bench 225.

I am pretty sure I can bench close to that, as I have dumb bell benched 190, just haven't actually sat down and done it with a barbell yet.

But squats....I never seem to get too much higher than 225. I try to do ass to grass squats though, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Deadlift: 405
ATG Squat: 275
Dumbell Bench: 220

I can hit 225x2 strict, standing OHP and I don't even train strength. I'm just naturally gifted at it.

315x8 flat press and I don't even bench press.

Not really proud cuz I'm a bodybuilder, but those are some of the more notable ones I guess.

Meets affect people differently, especially first meets

Some peoples gym lifts are always bigger than their comp lifts (sometimes because of form, depth, no pause, no lockout etc)
Some peoples meet lifts are all time PRs

Personally, the adrenaline of lifting on the stage gives my comp lifts all time PRs
