plagued with injuries for the past year and a half so I can't deadlift or back squat at all
Although I did front squat 245 yesterday while weighing 140-145 and having a slightly torn glute.

See below
Not proud of the push press, really, but I haven't trained it much or recently.
Edit: also I tore my quad while front squatting 500, but I guarantee had my quad held up, I could've done 550+. I rarely did front squats and I had just come back from about 4 months without squatting, so my quads, which were already a weak point before, were extra weak. I had just hit 475 like it was nothing.....but it was my hams/glutes that did most of the work. Also, in March I was gonna do a squat comp at my gym and was poised to hit 660-680 in sleeves, but tore an adductor in my last squat workout before the comp on my fourth rep of 600.

Deadlift: 735 (straps)
Strict OHP: 330
Log Clean & Press: 360

My main lifts are in my sig, but I did just recently hit 225 lbs on OHP. Still am stalled at 215 lbs on the hang power clean, but I'm increasing the weight on my working sets to help break the plateau. My best clean and jerk was 265 lbs before I injured my hip, and I haven't really attempted it since (I was self-taught, so there were probably subtle form problems that contributed to the injury).
If I have a plateau at my max weight, my strategy is usually to up the weight in my working sets. It's worked well so far for the OHP, and hopefully it pays dividends soon for the hang clean.

My PRs are in sig, all pretty mediocre but I'm finally gonna do a proper bulk this winter so hopefully they'll improve (especially squat).
My proudest lift would definitely be high volume deadlifting though, my 1RM isn't as high as yours OP but I think I could nearly get 325x20. I was feeling really good in the gym a couple months ago and did an AMRAP set at 315, lost count but I think I got at least 18-19 reps.

Im proud of my 342lb pull, not bad for an old woman
https://youtu.be/5I0RH7wBkTE
Maybe I should be prouder of my other lifts even though they're not as strong, because I'm not built for them and I've had to put in much more work
Edit I'm super proud of my DB row, I do 35kg for 7. I don't see many guys rowing heavier tbh

Squat: 474 in competition and recently 405x9 in the gym
Bench: 315x2 touch and go
Deadlift 550 in the gym with a hook grip
Clean: A really ugly 275 that I managed to push press after (was intending to do a power jerk but I was out of gas with the legs)
Nothing all that great but also not that bad either I suppose. Hopefully will be destroying all of the powerlifting numbers in a meet in the next year or so though.
Edit: Rob just posted and now I feel pathetic.

Mine are all fairly poverty... don't go for 1RMs as I'm a home-gymer and don't want to kill myself, but did 176lb DB bench (2 x 40kg DBs) for 6 clean reps on Monday.

My lifts are poverty af.
Bench - 165
Squat - 308
DL - 345x4
@220bw.
Can't wait to cut to 180 and then bulk. At the rate I'm going it'll take me another year to cut to 180.
Been training for like 10 months now. squat would have probably been higher but was off squatting for 2 months because of knee issues.

Hit 235 on bench for 3 clean reps last week. Probably could've hit 1-2 more if my grip didnt suck. I need to work on my grip strength, a gym with good bars would be pretty helpful too.
Other recent PR was a 295 squat for 4 reps. Hopefully 315 for 3 in 4 weeks just gotta get my food intake back up and build some more core strength.
Over all my total when up about 65 pounds in the last 6 weeks so Im pretty happy with that

Deadlift: 375x5
Never maxed out once crew checking in.
Nothing special but I've pretty much been cutting the whole time since I started lifting.

500lb deadlift
465lb squat
315lb front squat
300lb bench
I wouldn't even attempt those now but will go for it again come january/february when bulking

515 Squat
315 3 count pause Bench
560 Deadlift
@~186
Honestly my bench should be at least 330 and my deadlift should be at 600. Keep getting into my own head. Gonna try and crush those two soon.
