DL 1
130kg x 5
Squat like 60kg x 10 (LOL i have a bad knee so can't squat properly Affects my dl too)

I probably couldn't do these now though that was about a year ago. I've never done any 1RM's because i don't have a spotter i've always gone solo to the gym

My "big three" are decent:

365 bench
425 squat
550 dead

But my lifts that I am proud of most? Idk I guess a 275 clean and jerk, and a 185 snatch. I know those are poverty lifts but I'm proud because of where I started on them ya feel? I'm proud of the progress.

Well I took a break from lifting for like 4 years (srs, feelsbadman)... my PRs right before I quit in ~2012 were:

Bench: 300lbs
Squat: Close to 400lbs
Dead: 500lbs

I just started lifting again this year. I can feel my muscle memory in the works.... my current PRs are:

Bench: 250lbs
Squat: ~290lbs (lol)
Dead: 400lbs

I'm also 185 lbs right now... I need to update my stats

Only impressive lifts I have are my:

225x6 barbell row

and my god level strength 95lbx6 weighted pull up.

Whole gym stares at me like I have just defied the laws of physics and biology when I do these.

500lb bench definitely. Mostly because I was so close for so long but could never finish it

I was super hyped the first time I did 405x10 about 5 years ago too

405 incline was cool. Planning to match or break that this week after a 3 year hiatus

500x20 deadlift gets a lot of attention and easily the worst idea I have ever had

My best Deadlift in the gym was 600, even though it slipped out of my hands at the top. My best Squat and Bench Press are in my sig though, from my last powerlifting competition. I probably could have Deadlifted 600 that day, but 1500 was a 45 pound total PR and a nice round number, so I went with that.

The only "impressive lift" I have is my bench. Which still isn't impressive by real lifting standards. So... None that I am actually proud of.

I can hit 240 X 2 on one of them seated BP machines and I have a partially torn rotator cuff in my strong arm, which is why I can't do a regular BP.

I weigh 180, no idea what that BP number translates to on a real bench though.
