If fapping can temporarily satisfy physical sexual needs, then what is the equivalent for the emotional/non physical part?

I can cope not having sex by just fapping, but how do I cope with not getting female attention? Is there a silver bullet to get that need easily so that I can continue rotting without the thoughts haunting me? Anything I can do in like 3 minutes to sate that need like fapping does?
