Always a had a slightly receding hairline. 2 years ago noticed in my crown. Was thinning so hopped on Minox and mix. Had some regrowth for a little bit. Then last summer it started shedding like crazy. Nothing was working, diets, oils, biotin, etc. made a thread on hear in January or February about it. Then decided just to shave my head. Hair was falling out everywhere and when I stopped taking Minox and niz it got bad. 10-20 hairs in my hand every time I ran my hand through my hair. So I shaved it and it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulder. Never felt better. No more worries

Damn brah.. Im 26 and feel like itll go any day now.. Had the same hairline since 21 though. I eat and drink healthy, take vitamins. Is your dad bald? Cousins? Grandpa on moms side?

You'll probably be fine for a while. Nah moms dad is 85 and still has quite a bit of hair. dad has the same hairline as me and he's 56. He didn't really lose his until 40. My grandmas brothers all went bald young though at like 20. Otherwise everyone has hair lol.

Bald isn't a good look for most men.. especially in the 20s. I think you own it well. I would go mad if I lost my hair srs.. wonder what you'd look like with a full head of thick hair though.

To be fair to the misc (as others have pointed out) you're handsome and a good height.

The misc negativity is based around the truth that people like you don't have to put any effort into it and, for people who aren't like you, there's no effort they can expend to achieve what you have. I'm kind of on the fringe - just attractive/tall enough to be acceptable (and approachable / not intimidating - sometimes actually an advantage) but invisible in clubs / parties when the animal instincts kick in - and I'm always grateful for what I have, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me sometimes to know that there's nothing I could ever do to have multiple girls messaging me like they do you. Even though, deep down, I know I wouldn't be substantially happier or sadder in your position.

I suppose true wisdom is in learning whether all of this actually makes you happy in any lasting, meaningful way. I've had casual sex with enough attractive girls I didn't care about and some that I did sort of care about to learn that it doesn't help me. Even relationships grow stale. Happiness for me is definitely an internal state that comes out of a peaceful inner life, and this is where I agree with you the most. The misc is the most toxic place for achieving that inner peace and contentedness with what you have. It's like a textbook on how to undermine your own chance at happiness by pinning all your hopes and dreams to artificial constructions. But I can see why the bitter ones here are so salty. They never have the opportunity to learn that lesson and inspect what makes them happy, and they cling to the largely false image peddled by pretend alphas on the misc. They never take the time to learn how to be content just sitting still.

Thanks man. At the end of the day control what you can control and accept yourself. People put so much weight on such miniscule things, yet dudes with one arm and 5'4 guys are getting married young while miscers are complaining about negative canthal tilt and thinning hair. Just stay clean cut and look presentable and be you and be personable. It will take you much farther than looks alone. Trust me.So i've been told. But man i promise It isn't as bad as you think. You go into something like shaving your head thinking you'll look like a mutant. But then you slowly realize you look completely normal and it is all in your head.Well thanks for the compliments and I agree with some of it. You were a little back and forth there haha. At the end of the day you're right, you will never be happy unless you accept yourself and who you are....and what you have and can and can't control. The thing is, these things are usually so miniscule. At the end of the day why would someone want to be with somebody that focuses on height as a primary motive for a relationship, or hair as a primary motive. You'll never be happy with that person. Just be yourself no matter what you look like, and work on the things you can control like weight, clean cut, tan, good skin, etc.

There is someone for everyone. But it boils down to if you believe that or not. So much negativity will ruin a person.What's up bald brah. i shave twice a week right now, tuesdays and fridays. Sometimes I'll use clippers in between to keep it real short.

Lately I have just been going with the grain. Going against the grain often can blow through razor cartridges. So I only go back against the grain if I am going out, going to a party, interview, special occasions. That is just right now though.

I use:
-gillette proshield razor with flexball (the goat)
-shave oil (x factor. Haven't had any cuts or razor burn when started using it)
-shave cream (I have both bee bald and neutrogena sensitive skin shave cream)

that's it. I use random after shaves and lotions afterwards.

in on koalatea thread. in my opinion, tinder plus is only worth it if you travel a lot. I would set my location to wherever I was going to be in 2 or 3 days, start building up a roster of chicks and then by the time I landed I had a handful of option I buttered up.
