Definitely Chinese. Even among other Asian languages like Japanese, which has a nice flow to it, Chinese is completely chopped up and it sounds forced every time.

Central and South American Spanish does sound poverty as fuk, but Spanish from Spain sounds decent. If people want to know what the most poverty language is, then it has to be one of the Native American languages which honestly sounds like the audio from a television set going off and on repeatedly. For annoying, it has to be Thai. If you've ever heard a Thai person whine like a woman, it's like hearing a cat with a country accent being tortured.
