Your physique is pretty much complete at this stage, going to the gym is basically to maintain or work on weak areas like rear delts and for enjoyment.

Ease up on macro counting since its much easier to maintain than to build muscle or lose fat. Maybe have to do a quick 3 week cut every couple of months to stay under 10%.

Don't give me that BS that "its never perfect, you can always improve"
