I've always wondered who those cucks with headphones on in their car were.
Lol please enlighten me on how much extra battery power you get from the space the headphone jack occupies? Lmao how much thinner did the phone become now that the jack is gone? If not smaller than 3mm argument is invalid.

Its amazing to see the amount of BS excuses you guys are making about this thing. At least admit Apple did it solely for the cash grab...

Been an android user since day dot.
I've never liked Apple products though. I've had some **** android phones in the past but pound for pound android has surpassed Apple now IMO

iPhone user here. If I were to get a new phone, would it be easy to transfer over all my stuff to a new one? Music, movies, photos, apps, etc. Anyone have experience with this?

Yeah after paying for expensive bluetooth headphones... and you have something else you have to keep charged as well. Battery life and such for that isn't ready, it's just not long lasting enough. 5 hours is basically 2 maybe 3 trips to the gym, not to mention anything else you use them for. You'd have to put them back in their charging thing daily if you use them a lot just like your phone.

I can't wait for battery technology and power consumption that gets much better where your phone will last a week on a charge. Though right now your screen is by far the biggest drain.

Yes. Still doesn't matter. 3.5mm is a LOT more than 1mm. Getting rid of it is the only way to make it thinner to appease the masses. I think it's thin enough too.

- handoff to the macbook pro (lol if you have a non-mac laptop, get one off craigslist for like 40% off instead of overpaying for a new PC laptop)

because of this no headphone jack though, i'll be sticking with my i6s for a while
click on multi core performance for ios and android on that benchmark page.

the standard s7 (not even the phablet) blows away the iphone 6s+ by GREATER than 25% performance.

infact the s7, even beats the highest performing portable apple product the ipad PRO which is a full on 9.7" tablet, isn't that embarrassing?

I thought you get bluetooth earbuds free?

Also - bluetooth headphones are cheap enough.

Do you REALLY need symphony quality music when working out?

"transitioning"?

Just lol at not immediately understanding a retail product designed for the mob; that 3 year olds and senior citizens can use.
