Well, to be fair, I was just saying what I would do in this situation based on me having worked in the business and being a nice guy. She could've immediately flown off the handle, or he could have first. I mean, let's be real, a kid opens the door and hits the car, 10 x's out of 10, you're going to blame the parent because you would assume they've taught the kid how to open doors safely and slowly, making sure they don't hit other vehicles.....so a normal reaction by anyone having their vehicle hit is going to be "Wtf???".

Like I said, I believe they were both arguing, as she said they were before he got his camera out, then once it started recording, he got calm because he knew he was going to upload it. We see it all the time. Regardless, the kid admitted to it, it was an accident, the orange paint was clearly visible, so if that were me, " Bro, my bad....here you go" and handed him my stuff. No need for a scene, the police, attitudes flaring....shake hands, apologize and let me walk in the store to get my sh** and you can smash out too.

that's my biggest problem too, just casually calling them ***gots and making "white people" racist comments when the lady is clearly hispanic and the dude has an accent too. sounds like she was shouting at the kid to "shut the fuk up" right when the video cut off too

There isn't a single shred of evidence that proves that the man filming was also being belligerent and arguing with her, so this is just speculation. Even if we assume that he yelled and provoked her before he started filming, why didn't she calm down and get her composure when she knew she was being filmed? If he was able to act calm and quiet when he started filming, then she could have done the same. The reality is that she most likely has low IQ and little self control, which is clearly shown by the way she is acting. Have you never come across someone like this? You are giving her way too much credit.

Ended up being a little bit of paint transfer but I just rubbed it off with my finger and went on my way.


There's really no point to the story other than people are ****ing brain dead most of the time and if you don't want your car hit by inconsiderate azzholes then just park in the back/corner.

I think these people seemed reasonable enough and I see no credible evidence that they were arguing prior to the video. I would suspect it was along the line of excuse me your son just hit my car and then this crazy lady started flying off. They may have attempted to reason with the lady for a short amount of time before calling the police.


I doubt they were here heated during the initial discussion, this crazy lady insulted him, made false allegation against him, slapped at his phone, banged on their car window, and banged on the car and the guy filming was not very argumentative during any of that, that is how I determine that it is unlikely that they were shouting or combative prior to the video.

What makes you feel that they were argumentative or shouting with this lady prior to the video?
