No public school would take a child's lunch away then charge for an alternative, nor would they care really. They can't handle anymore lawsuits.

I have a 3 year old who has never had a sip of soda and I would never give him any type of meal like the one OP provided.


That being said the school has no right to tell him what to pack forhischild.

Lol bro realistically your daughter is not going to die from your lunch but a Coke Zero and a muffin is a hilariously pathetic lunch. My mom used to pack me a massive turkey sandwich or strips of london broil with fruit, chips or cookies and a yogurt. I never drank soda as a kid.
