I have no idea what will happen, but I still lol when people say Trump is going to fail because he can't keep his mouth shut or whatever. The dude literally had more primary votes than any other candidate in history. Every time he says something controversial or outlandish his support rises.

At first I started wishing he would tone it down or be "smarter" about some of the stuff he said but then I realized, who am I to tell him what to do when what he has been doing has worked beautifully for him? I say fuk it, increase the ridiculousness.

We had Joe Biteme in town effing up rush hour traffic the other day. The collective IQ of the city dropped at least 30%.

Huskers play Oregon at home today. It's the kind of game they haven't won in about 15 years--beat someone good when it matters. Hopeful they find a way to get it done. Oregon is as vulnerable as they have been in awhile.

Should be a good game. Oregon's defense has not looked good at all against the run so far, so unless they got that **** figured out this week, it could be painful to watch (for me anyway, could be great for you).

I think Oregon can score more points though, I see us winning, but I'm only about 60% confident.

But I think you can score a mini keg cooler for $400 - $500 and it takes up a lot less space.

No feelings hurt here.

I just think you're one of the most disordered MFC posters with your full potato cops shouldn't be subject to the same laws as citizens stance. Cops (and law makers) should all be subject to the same laws as citizens so their incentives are aligned. Even if it hinders their ability to "make it home safe to their family". That way when stupid laws are passed, its actually feasible to gain support to change them.

Oregon's offense vs our defense is what worries me. We sucked last year. Started to figure things out and were ok by the end of the year. Then we lost a ton of D-linemen to the draft, quitting, transfer, graduation, etc. They have been pretty good the first 2 games for being inexperienced, but what can you tell vs Fresno & Wyo?? If we can't stop their offense, it's going to be a long day.

But . . . Oregon's defense has not been good at all last year and in their first 2 games. And they have been bad against the run . . . playing teams that don't run well. NU could really give them fits and control the clock if we can get that cranking. And our QB has split personalities. There's "Good Tommy" who is pretty dynamic--runs like a deer, strong arm, can make a lot of things happen and when he's on, he's dangerous as hell. "Bad Tommy" makes mind-numbing decisions, throws into triple/quad coverage on first down & goal, throws across the field off his back foot, passes when he should run, etc.

If Good Tommy is in the house today, that's bad news for the Ducks. If Bad Tommy makes a marquee appearance, then we're sunk.

My original plan was to use a mini fridge under the counter and put the tap on top but I thought I might use my old fridge just because it's already there

Fresno and Wyoming both played you pretty tough until later in the game too. Whereas Oregon was up big in both games and then slacked off some. Our pass defense is solid, run defense is just bad so far. I'm excited for this game because it should tell me if my prediction of nine wins this season was overly optimistic lol

College football atmosphere > any pro atmosphere

Although I like watching professional sports more, the atmosphere at a college game is nuts. I guess this all depends on the game you go to but Penn State Vs Ohio state or michigan games are fukking nuts when it's actually a close game. A lot more "electrifying" than any Steelers or Pens game I've been to.

It's your first game and you're still learning but next time start drinking when you wake up. Have fun and try not to rubberneck to much

Wasn't so much Fresno or Wyo being all that good . . . see "Bad Tommy". In both those games, we were in control early and gave momentum back by missing some golden scoring opportunities (and made some mistakes) in the second qtr that pulled the score closer. Wyoming hit a hail mary for a TD at the end of the first half that changed the momentum back a bit after we screwed up and gave them the ball in good position with half a minute left. Before that, they were on the verge of folding.

Wore them both down in the 3rd qtr and crushed them afterwards. I think that's where Oregon could be vulnerable--defense isn't deep and they have struggled . . . if the run game works then they could get very worn out. But the Huskers haven't been "that team" consistently for a long time. I have 50/50 confidence that they can do it this game. Coin flip.

Need to clean the coils on the kitchen fridge . . . but was dreading it because it makes a mess. Vacuum only reaches so far and the compressor blows crap everywhere. Ran across this the other day and just tried it. Worked like a charm. Now I need to do it on the garage fridges.

Cliffs:

- Tape cheap furnace filter to back of box fan
- Put fan behind fridge with filter facing back of fridge and turn on
- Use compressor to blow dust/etc out the back
- Dust stick to filter because fan creates suction to catch it

Thanks guys. Seems like 50/200 is what everyone does. I still don't exactly understand why the bullet travels in an arc rather than continuously dropping after exiting the barrel but the science is irrelevant.

I'm also looking for a close quarters rifle in 9mm. Something with super fast target acquisition and very maneuverable. MP5 is my dream gun but the prices are insane and I don't want some shiitty clone. I kinda like the idea of a CZ scorpion but im looking for suggestions. Not interested in any AR patterns

Well technically, the bullet does start dropping from it's original path immediately upon leaving the barrel. It goes in an arc because when you align the sights, you put the barrel in a very slight upward cant. If the barrel was exactly horizontal to the plane of the earth, it would never rise above the barrel. #Science

ETA:

I would tell you to just use an AR, but your mind is clearly already made up to buy a 9mm for some reason, so why bother? I just don't see what a 9mm SBR is going to do that an SBR AR is some caliber or another cannot do.

Thanks bro that is an awesome pic. I already have a colt AR in carbine length. I remember reading about issues with the gas system in very short barrel ar's but mostly I just want a little more variety in my collection.
