Yeah I noticed it on SOA first as well. I have an old friend that I haven't seen in 5 or 6 years, I saw on ******** he posted pics and updates about how he really liked the show SOA. Few months later he buys a HD, few months later his profile pic is him looking all hard with a bandanna on whilst sitting on his motorcycle. Few months later he has a "cut" that looks exactly like the SOA "cut". It was hilarious watching him devolve into his make believe gang.

Oh yeah, Cox. In regards to these clowns possibly being felons. I see this at the motorcycle dealerships. Guys checking out 20k+ motorcycles, and they just look like pussies. I guess they're either highly successful felons and/or they were convicted of some white collar crime.

first, your stock is too far out from the midline of your body. It does not need to be "in the pocket", this is a myth and whoever created it should be punched in the balls. The sights should be inline vertically with your eyeball, so move the stock towards the midline of your body until this is so.

Also, the stock is too low on your body. You probably think that the stock needs to be 100% in contact with your body, and it doesn't. If a pretty generous portion of the top portion of the stock's butt is over the top of your collar bone, that is fine. Move the stock up until the sights are in front of your eye. You are raising your shoulder to bring the eye to the sights, which is not ideal, and then turtling your head to once again to bring your eye to the sights, also not ideal. Instead, bring the sights to your eye.

A lot of dudes that originally did it were felons and couldn't open carry a firearm. So, it was a warning. Now a lot of half assed weekend warriors and support club (dikk rider) guys do it.

It use to have meaning, but now it is mostly a fashion accessory.

Forgot to mention, it was also a way to get around open carry laws back in the days. Some places that would hassle you over open carrying a gun couldn't mess with you over a knife.
