i really, really, really hate eBay, worst customer service in the fuking world

>never shows up, tracking says "delivery refused" (wut?) and returned to seller
>email seller asking for either a refund or to send product please
>he essentially says "fuk you im keeping the product and your money"
>open a case with eBay and call them, they acknowledge that he has both the product and my money, says because "delivery refused" i might not get refund, have to wait like 2 weeks for them to decide

literally all you need to do on ebay is say the item is damaged and you either get a refund or a new item

i have a habit of buying cheap **** from both overseas and in country, and often shiit shows up damaged. Literally always get a refund with one message

I'm a back the blue type of guy. I never believe they should be exempted from the laws. Every law should apply evenly across the board. If special groups and interest didn't get so many exemptions there would be far fewer bull chit laws.

IMO the only person i feel that should be exempt is the miltary and even then im kinda on the fence about it. I understand law enforcements need to have X amount of power but if they arent limited and can be trust with this or that than why cant the average law a biding citizen have the same? I still remember when those **** tards in NYC passed all that anti gun legislation only to have to go back and amend it because they limited the police too.

I just feel like the government, law enforcement, and those with lots of money already have a lot of advantages over you and I so why give them anything extra. That just blows my mind that you would give up holding someone accountable just because they feel and act as if the law doesnt apply to them. With that kind of thining Killary shouldn't be held responsible for lying to the fbi, fraud, embezzlement, and the countless other things that she has gotten away with. For ****s sake if we arent gunna hold people who dont follow the law accountable lets just let criminals do what ever they damn well please. I have reserved on and off for almost 10 years now and it still blows my ****ing mind ti here a fellow leo or res officer say they think anti gun legislation is a good idea.
