Till sunday (barely 2 days after) I kinda forgat about this ritual I made. Then I heard my phone vibrates and it was a text from her. I told her about this ritual (don't know if I should do that) and we had some good laughs. But she also told me she felt some sort of impulse to text me.

Despite this being successful I'm kinda scared to play with this kind of stuff again. Or maybe I'm scared cause it WAS successful. It could be just a coincidence, but let me tell you brahs, stay safe with this stuff

really you think that this unexplained phenomenon is just some crazy make believe stuff even though literally 100% of people who have 'hallucinations' on it see the same things, all categorized as a few different types of demonic entities. If it was just a dream why don't people all dream about the same entities? I've had sleep paralysis 1000+ times in my life and it didn't stop until I gave myself to God.

Explain it away as much as you want but look at it factually, look at all these old stories from religions, and other ancient peoples telling us stories of Gods, angels, demons etc... There's a lot of lost knowledge, we used to be very spiritually advanced, look at the pyramids, machu pichu, other ancient structures depicting flying beings and ancient cities with more advanced than today means of astronomy and math in their buildings etc.. The world is not what it seems, ITS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE WITH SLEEP PARALYSIS WAKE UP no pun intended

My recent sleep paralysis was strangely pleasant. I didn't hallucinate a 'shadow person' like it normally is, but a Golden Retriever that jumped on my bed and started laying on my chest. I couldn't move, and I just thought some random dog got into my room somehow and wanted to hang out. I didn't think much of it, I just felt incredibly tired, so after a weak attempt at trying to move I just gave up allowing the dog to stay on my chest and then went back to sleep only to wake up right after.

I just lol when it happens now.

Can't even take sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming seriously. It's fuking annoying. Random chits popping up in the room. Dreams spiraling into infinity for no apparent reason. Witches choking me. Monsters literally under the bed.

I just want to sleep peacefully. I'm not trying to play an RPG in my dreams. I'm just like get the hell out of my room. I don't have time for your games.

Meditation actually makes it worse. If I meditate, I can go full potato while wide awake. Meditation made me question whether it was just "hallucinations" at times so I would advise against it. The slightest dark thought illuminates your entire mind while you're meditating so it can be rough.

Try meditating if you want to induce it. Might be traumatic.

Thanks for the reply brah, I d like if you could expand on the "the slightest dark thought illuminates your entire mind while you're meditating" point, do you mean that if you are meditating and you focus on something bad, you can actually see/feel that thing?
Im finding this passage a little obscure to grasp

What would you do if you wanted to induce sleep paralysis, altered states of consciousness/succubus encounters? What would you focus on/imagine while meditating?

Sleep apnea. Something pretty similar happened to me, only I couldn't see it; I could only feel it in the room with me, a dark malignant presence draining the life out of me. I woke up, sat up in my bed but no amount of blinking and trying to "wake" myself to reality would make it go away.

It's the most afraid I've ever been.

Yea. For me, at least, if I think about fear/evil it takes control of the meditation. And yeah, you can see/hear things. Usually, the things you hear are not pleasant. The things you "see" can vary from your surroundings to your greatest fears. Anything your subconscious can conjure up. At least they go away almost immediately once you come out of meditation, though.

If you want to induce sleep paralysis, I would suggest meditating when you are sleepy, preferably on your back, and minimize your thoughts. Normal meditation. Relax, soak in the void. If you need to focus on something, pick an item that you know is in the room and try to visualize it. Exactly where it is, how it looks, smells, feels. Colors are not necessary, though. Usually doesn't work with colors somehow. Just shades and tints of darkness. For me, I usually start reconstructing all my surroundings even though it's pitch black and my eyes are closed. I can see most of it.

Clear your mind of daily troubles. Focus on not sleeping while not trying to allow that thought to echo at the forefront. Try to "feel" your surroundings. Ignore the sound of your breath and chime in to the null you'll feel. Chit goes south after a while. That void should get you eventually right on the verge of sleep. I've NEVER intentionally induced sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, or meditation terrors, I had SP for the better part of 14 years without wanting it, but if I do happen to relax on my back entering sleep, it will happen without fail.

I don't usually sleep on my back and it still happens regularly. Not as bad as it once was, butI don't think it's something you should willingly experience. The "fear" is not something you control, rather, it seems as if it's your mind reacting to the loss of control of the body. You don't have to actually be scared to "feel" very very afraid which is why I caution against it. Only managed to contain that feeling over the past few months after dealing with it for over a decade.

If you are having trouble meditating, isochronic tones or binaural beats+ a fan may help.

Good luck. But like I said, I wouldn't fool around with this stuff intentionally.
