I just do martial arts now but i keep lifting fun by doing only the things i like for example : OHP, BoR, Pull ups, Dips, Squats (only front/goblin/double kettlebell).
Sometimes i do some incline db fly's for the lady's. Rest of the training is all focused on martial arts.
Why lift when it's all about the calves?

I quit lifting last year after 5 years of it.

Just have no motivation anymore to do it.

What I am doing now is cardio, swimming etc. Most of my lifting is light weight stuff,

I straight up HATE lifting now, and am in the same boat. I'm ready to quit and have slowly been not going more and more.

He has a genetically gifted face hence why he's a runway model. Also, he wouldn't be in the modelling industry if he started bulking up anyway. Unless it was fitness modelling or something. He's too skinny IMO, not all girls would find that attractive.

Lifting is an awesome activity. Been working out for 10 years and it's second nature and a form of therapy for me.

I feel if I stopped lifting my body and mind would shut down.

Lift 2-3 x week for an hour

Lifting is mind-numbingly boring.

In fact all exercise is unless it's a by-product of a fun activity.

How can it NOT be mind-numbingly boring? Where TF is mental stimulus?

Unless you're on gear and seeing consisten results then eventually you are lifting for maintenance which is horrifyingly dull.

I wanna stop because I'm natty and have gotten as far as I can with my body. I've beaten the game, so to speak. I have nothing more to look forward to. I'm almost 40 and just don't give a **** anymore. It's just boring.

I got into it to see how strong and fit I can get.... and now I've done that. Like, why continue forward?

You always just do shorter sessions to maintain fitness.

3xbench 3xincline 3xdips 3xpushdowns

3xpulldowns 3x chest supported row 3xcurl

3xsquats then a deep core circuit and get out
